Alex POV:

Mr. and Mrs. Schuyler showed up about 2 hours after the sisters. Mrs. Schuyler welcomed each of her daughters and their boyfriends with a hug. Including me. Mr. Schuyler, however, shook John and Thomas' hands but didn't even bother to look at me.

I guess he's still mad at me for breaking up with his daughter and then coming back to her. I thought. That's understandable.

Mr. and Mrs. Schuyler went to the kitchen to start dinner, Thomas and Angelica went outside to check out the trails, John and Peggy went to Peggy's room (probably to make out), and Eliza and I went to her room. She wanted to show me her Playbills and which were real and which were printed out.

Apparently she saw Beetlejuice, Mean Girls, Heather's, Hades Town, Be More Chill, Falsettos, Cats and Wicked. She had all the Playbills to prove it. Some of them were even signed!

The only musical I've seen was Les Miserables. On Netflix.

Some of the Playbills she printed were from Miranda, Dear Evan Hansen, Matilda, Mary Poppins, Book of Mormon, Rent, Little Shop of Horrors, Come From Away and Into The Woods.

I think its incredible how someone could list all of those from memory, don't you think? (*wink*)

I heard a knock at the door and Eliza went to open it. At the door was Angelica.

"Mom and Dad told me to tell you that dinner will be ready in a few minutes." She said, only looking at me.

Odd.

When she finished talking, she left the room quietly.

Eliza looked at me like I just said Falsettos was better than Dear Evan Hansen. She looked so confused. Honestly I was confused too.

"Did you say something to her? Why was she only looking at you?" She asked. She sounded really on edge which is fine. She was probably worried I was cheating on her with Angelica. Which I'm not! I don't have feelings for her!

...I think.

I shrugged at Eliza's question.

"I didn't say anything to anyone the whole time we've been here Liz" I replied honestly.

She sighed and sat down. I went over and sat beside her, taking her hand in mine. She was prone to anxiety attacks since we broke up so I wanted to make sure she didn't have one at all.

I rubbed the back of her hand gently until she started to calm down.

After a few minutes she and fine again. We got up and went downstairs to eat dinner.

Mr. Schuyler was at one head of the table and Mrs. Schuyler was at the other. On Mr. Schuylers left was Eliza, then me, then Angelica. Angelica was on her mother's right and on her mother's left was Thomas, John then Peggy beside Mr. Schuyler.

For dinner, Mrs. Schuyler made Chicken Cesar salad, bread rolls, mashed potatoes with gravy and Mac and Cheese (per Thomas' request). I watched Thomas scoop out at least 3 spoonfuls of the macaroni onto his plate. Not that I was going to have any but I still found it rude that he would take so much.

I dished out my own food and began eating with anyone else.

Eliza stole my bread rolls as a joke but I didn't think anything of it. She did that often.

"Elizabeth. The table is no place for games. Give Alexander his bread roll back." Mrs. Schuyler said sternly.

Eliza nodded and gave me the roll back. I didn't need it so I gave it to her. She smiled happily while Mr. and Mrs. Schuyler glared at me.

I guess Angelica sensed my nerves but instead of telling her parents to stop, she grabbed my hand under the table.

I stared at her without trying to make it obvious. She seemed unfazed and kept eating do I did the same while she still had her grin on my hand.

After dinner, everyone went to their rooms except Angelica and I.

"What was that!?" I whisper yelled at her.

She shrugged. "You were uncomfortable so I calmed you down." She said innocently.

I sighed. She did calm me down.

"I guess but it's not right. You have a boyfriend and I have a girlfriend. End of story." I said, kind of upset.

She smirked at me.

"Nobody needs to know." She whispered and kissed me.

The worst part was that I didn't pull away. I kissed back.

After a minute of two I finally pulled away. We were both beat red, full if regret and shame.

"Nobody needs to know..." I whispered.
