Uncle Douggie.

"Tommy...Tommy..." I heard Gemma whispering my name and stroking my hair. I opened my eyes to see her smiling down at me and she was dressed in the color purple. "Good Morning, babe." I said stroking her back. "Mm, morning Tommy." Her smile just brightened my whole day up. "I was having the best dream." I told her. Gemma giggled and laid on my chest. "What was that dream about, Tommy?" She asked. I traced the upper part of her spine and told her my dream of us living in a beautiful house with a beautiful set of kids and how the 'Stang had a nice, fresh paint of coat on it. Gemma giggled a bit. "Sounds like a wonderful dream." She sat up and kissed me. "Want some breakfast?" She asked. I grinned. "The food or..." She playfully slapped my cheek. "Tommy Hanson!" I rolled over so I had her pinned to the mattress. Gemma was giggling and looking up at me. "Don't crush the baby." She told me. I laughed and looked down at her swollen baby bump. "I hope it kicks for us soon." I told her looking up into her eyes. She nodded. "Me too." She suddenly looked away for a bit...as if there was something wrong. "Hey what's up?" I asked sitting on my knees. "I was wondering if Doug could come to the next appointment with me. You know, because you won't be here for it. You'll be doing that investigation." My heart suddenly dropped and I felt completely useless. Why did she just want him and not anyone else? "Uh...sure. I mean, yeah. We are all at good terms now." She smiled. "Good. I really think the baby should call him 'Uncle Douggie'." Gemma giggled at the thought. I looked at her and saw that there was that spark in her amazing blue eyes. The spark that told me that she liked an idea. What if she cheats on me again?
