"And do we finally get to see the boys?" The interviewer asked Katsuki and Izuku as they sat on the couch on stage.

The two looked at each other before calling to their sons. Both boys now being seventeen. The time had went by so fast and the pair tried their best to keep their sons out of the spot light but the older they got the harder it got.

Both boys walked on the the stage while the crowd cheered. Both boys stood 5'7 and well build like their fathers. Toshi still looking like his mother and Kanji looking like his father. The two waved at the crowd then joining their parents on the red sofa.

"You two are how old now?" He asked the twins.

"Seventeen." Kanji answered.

"It's crazy that seventeen years ago no one knew male omegas existed." The man smiled 8nto the crowd.

The interview went on as usual the crowd would ask questions as the small family answered. Most of the questions was of the teenagers and if they had a mate or love interest. They shut down the girls breaking many hearts as their parents snickered behind them.

After the interview Katsuki stood from the couch holding on to his swollen belly. He was pregnant with another child but this one was going to be a girl. The parents had hoped it was forreal just one this time. Unsure if they could raise another set of twins.

Katsuki groaned when he stood earning concerned looks from his family. "Mom are you ok?" Toshi asked walking up to him.

"I'm fine." Katsuki answered after getting up from the couch.

"I think she is just getting impatient to come out." Izuku chucked holding his mate.

"Little Natsuki needs to calm down," Katsuki said holding the bulging belly, "I can't take much more of this kicking." The family let out a laugh at the comment.

Later on that night the four sat around watching the latest action movie that released. The four sat around the comfortable home enjoying their time together. The night was entrusted as Katsuki started to breath heavily as he groaned in pain. He clutched he stomach and leaned forward.

"Mom!" The twins yell running to their parent.

"She is ready!" Katsuki said as Izuku ran to go grab the things the family would need.

The boys helped their mom into the car with their father following close. After getting Katsuki in the car Izuku jumped in the driver seat and instantly called Tatsu, the doctor. "She is coming!" Izuku yelled into the phone.

After a few minutes the family arrived at the hospital and the doctor met them. He stood there waiting with a wheelchair. Quickly they placed the pregnant omega in it and he was rushed into an emergency C-section.
