6.Shocking Discovery

"I-I don't know Ryder." I say, sighing, Looking back down at the ring. It looks expensive, Really expensive. 

"Please...Give me a chance." Ryder's eyes stare into mine. 

"Give me until tomorrow. I'll tell you at lunch." I say, And Ryder smiles wider than I've ever seen. 

"Don't get ideas, I haven't decided." I say, and Ryder nods, Pursing his lips so he won't smile as big. Wow...He's so...Attractive.

"Okay, I'll see you tomorrow." Ryder says, Noding at me. I nod back, Opening the door. He leaves, and I run to the living room window. 

I watch Ryder get into his car, Which is a nice camaro. And that smile hasn't left his face. I smile, accidentally. 

I sigh, and turn on some music. I start stretching, I'm still limber...But I really need to stretch. It's been since my last dance class. I love the new dance studio I'm gonna dance at, I have only 3 girls in my class. We're all 15-16. And My teacher is awesome, I went to an open house the first week we got here. I stretch to the right, and to the left. Jade comes in the room, eating Icecream..Is it bad I forgot she was here? 

"Hey, Can I sleep over tonight? My parents are in a huge fight." Jade says, Taking another bite of Icecream. 

"Sure, But we can't stay up late. We have school tomorrow." I say, And Jade nods, Going to the kitchen. 
-The next morning.- 

I get up, And do my daily routine. What do I feel like today? I think as I look through my closet. Do I feel pretty? I say, running a hand over some pretty shirts and skirts. Or comfy? I say, looking at some tank tops and shorts. 

"Ugh school!" Jade groans getting out if my bed, and starts throwing on some of my jeans. Surprisingly, we are the same size in almost everything but shoes. I'm a size smaller. I finally choose this-(Picture above)

"I know right, But if we get through highschool, The rest is easy." I say, thinking about my education and college. 

"Yeah, Because after you can marry, or...whatever." Jade laughs. 

"I was talking about education. You dirty minded freak. Not boys." I say, Then my smile fades as I think about Ryder. I have to either break his heart, or risk him breaking mine.
 -Lunchtime!- 
I get my plate of Food, and take a deep breath, Walking towards our table. Ryder is sitting there talking to Carter. I cant decide. I really really really wanna kiss Ryder all the Time, And be called his. But..what if he uses me. He's the type of guy that would. Or at least he acts like that. The real him would never do that. Ryder stands up, and walks out of the caffiteria, The slut of the school smirks at him, then follows him out. Hmm.

I put my food away, I'm too nervous to eat. I start following them quietly. I wait a few minutes before following them out. I go around a corner, And I see....Ryder kissing That girl. Even though we aren't together it hurts. It hurts because I kissed him, Knowing he could hurt me. I feel an ache in my heart, I run away, Down the hallway, Running to the bathroom. I knew he would do that. I should've known, But I was so stupid! I look down at my ring. I feel tears coming on, but I blink them away. I won't cry. No. I won't cry over a stupid boy. Now I know what my decision is. No. I can never trust a bad boy. Ever.

Its lunch. Where is Alex? God, I'm so nervous. I really want Alex to say yes. I bite my lip. Maybe, She'll say no, Well that's a 99% chance she will. I know that. I have a 1% chance that Alex will say yes. I want her to be mine so badly. I want to kiss her everyday, Like we did. Goosebumps we're running through me that entire time. I can't believe she kissed me back, Alex was...Amazing. Okay I have to get some air. Alex dosent Get out of class for a few minutes. So I need some air. I get up, and walk towards the door exit of the caffiteria. I turn a corner, and I hear a familiar voice behind me. It's Brooklyn. We had a 'thing' a while ago. But it's over, I like Alex now. 

"Hey...So what's with you and the new girl?" Brooklyn says, twisting her hair. I roll my eyes. 

"Alex. And none of your business." I say, Starting to walk towards the front doors of the school. 

"So are you guys like...Together? Because I could give you so much more." Brooklyn says in a seductive voice. 

"Brooklyn, We are done, and-" Brooklyn cuts me off, By crashing her lips into mine. I'm surprised, then she wraps her arms around my neck. I push her off. And wipe my mouth. She giggles. 

"What are laughing about? You sl*t." I say, Spitting out every word with a glare.Brooklyn points down the hall. I see Alex, Running away, her converses tapping down the hallway. No!! 

"You set me up!" I say, Glaring at Brooklyn. 

"Oh, Did I?" Brooklyn says, Walking off back to the caffiteria. 

"Sh*t!" I curse, Running after Alex. 

Now she'll never say yes. All because of Brooklyn. How will I ever get Alex now?
