The Best Friend That Always Looks On The Bright Side

Everyone has that one supportife best friend that always gets you to look on the bright side when things aren't all cupcakes and rainbows sometimes.

A few years ago Cayls met new people in class in primary school, Amone and Clarissa. They met and become friends almost instantly in grade 4. In grade 5 in June July school holiday Cayls had to move 200km away. At first she was heartbroken by this and went through a bad stage of depression, meaning crying herself to sleep every night and trying to get her parents to agree with her to live with her grandparents so that she could stay in the school were she was with her best friends and near family.

After she moved she met people who at first seemed really nice, not to long after that things between the people gone bad, they were constantly fight with one another. She hated it. And met better people when she was in grade 6.

In April of that year she had 2 friends over for a sleep over for her birthday. It was really fun. But what happened the next weekend she didn't expect to happen.

The next Friday she ways outside the house trying to ride snake board when her neighbors from across the street were leaving and asked if she wanted to go ride with them the next day. Just like that she and her neighbor's son became friends and a few months later they stated dating.

When she told one of the girls whom she used to be friends with, started talking with the guy at the beginning of the next tear the giel started spreading rumors about the guy. And Cayls believed it and except for that they haven't seen each other in months because Cayls had to move to a house a little closer to her parents' work. So the night of a party she thought long and hard and eventually she started typing a breakup message that said, "Heyy T I want to talk to you about something. Well i do love you but i think that it is better if we are just friends, mostly because we never see each other anymore. I'm sorry and i undersatnd if you are mad at me and dont wanna talk no more." All he had to say was that it was his fault because he was always busy.

A few days later at school Cayls found out that he asked out the girl whom she used to be friends with and that the girl said yes. It turned in to an ugly long fight.

Then high school was there and no one was prepared for what 2020 held. At the beginning of the year when she joined the group called Teens@comm with some of her friends they would usually sit together and talk to the other kids from the school next to theirs. And how she made new friends and eventually one of her friends caught her looking at the guy in her class standing alone under a tree busy on his phone and her friend Nel splashed her with some water from tge pool and asked if she was okay or was she busy falling in love.

All Cayls said was,"Nah I'm tryna see if E is okay. Why do you ask?" "That's not how it looks." and they started laughing as everyone was playing and having fun.

And then Covid hit and strange enough Cayls and E loved to look for trouble with each other. And then she realized that she may have met someone who might be great help to her.
