It was so early in the morning. I was right away to made myself ready for school when I heard a voice saying. Well it was more singing.
"Hurry up, Brownie."
It was Damon and he always calls me like that, cause of my hair colour. I don't know, until now, why he was so motivated in that morning. But I like the pancakes he always does for me.
After I ate I walked to the door and was on my way to go out, but before I did a step the super cousin Damon Salvator stood in front of me.
"I will bring you to school." I raised an eyebrow. That never happened before, but I couldn't say no because he wouldn't let me.
So he did the hand movement to let me go first and we got in his and Stefans car.
It was a bit wierd and we didn't talked. When we arrived I got out of the car and Damon too. "What are you doing?" He didn't answered so I decided to walk away, but he followed me. At first I wanted to stop but then I saw Tyler at the football field and maybe I ran a bit to him. He is always kinda like addicted to football, whats most of the time cute but sometimes its really creepy.
He needed a few moments before he looked in my direction, but came straight to me. "Hey beautiful." I loved it when he calls me like that and I looked like 'aww how cute'. "Hey." I said back.
"Okay. Okay. Thats enough." It was Damon again and pushed us apart. I looked over to Tyler who looked annoyed and was about to hit him. Damon never liked it when I hang out with Tyler but he never told me why.
But I had luck and the school bell rang so we could go inside and he had to leave. "See you Damon."
I just wanted to spend some time with Tyler.
After school I walked out and wanted to find him. I needed a few minutes but saw him then with Caroline next to her car. I didn't knew that they were friends, but I walked to them. They were more than suprised when I stood there and I thought I was wrong, because he said to me: "What do you want?"
I was like your kidding right? I didn't knew what I should say and just walked away.
Now I had to wait for Damon. It felt like forever. I looked down at my phone and wrote him another message that he should hurry up. But then there was a wind blow and a shadow was in front of me. I looked up and saw one of a originals, Klaus Mikealson.
"Hello love."
I hadn't have seen him since 1 or 2 years. But his voice didn't change during this time and I loved it always.
"Why are you here?"
He looked the hole time in my eyes and never only a second away.
"I only wanted to check on you."
I raised an eyebrow. What did he said? There is defnitly another reason. And he told me that.
"Maybe its also because I have to do something."
That sounds more like him and I laughed a bit. We talked for a while until Tyler cames over and told him to leave. In this moment Damon arrived and I said to Tyler: "What do you want? He's a friend." And got into the car.
We didn't talked like in this morning and at our house I ran up to my room and locked it. The first thing I did was to call my best friend Bonnie. We talked about the prom whos coming, magic, vampires, boys and thats why we came to Tyler. She told me, well better she started something that I shouldn't know and I forced her to continue.
Anway, it was that he and Caroline will meet in the forest to do something. What it was she didn't know.
So I told Bonnie to come with her car to the Salvatores and drive me to their meeting. What she did after I asked for the hundred time.
She was a bit nervous. What I could understand because she told me a secret of them, but I wanted to know what he's hiding even if he hates me for that.
It was 9 pm and it was already dark and now we walked into the forest. I couldn't image something better. LMAO
We heard a lot of noises. Wind whos blowing through trees, owls, other animals,...
After 10 minutes of anxiety we were at the place and the 2 of them were already there.
"And your sure Caroline? I'm not gonna hurt anyone?"
We only heard some pieces of what they said. What did he mean?
It was kinda like a puzzle, but then they walked down and I couldn't handle it anymore. There were so many questions and I needed answers. Now.
I ran behind them and catched them on the steps. I only screamed a bit: "What is this? How you should hurt anyone?"
They stoped and turned quickly around. Their mouths made some moves but no words came out. Until he finally did it.
"You can't be here. You have to leave. Now."
I just stood there and didn't cared at all. Why should I?
The moon came out and now I should understand.
Tyler did movements that I never saw and noises I never heard before. I wided my eyes and couldn't move any centimeter.
I felt how Caroline ran away and heard something like "RAN".
But I really couldn't. It was like when you forgot how to speak or see.
Right at the moment when Tyler wanted started to attack me some strong hands catched me and took me away. When he let me go I realized for the first moment who it is.
"Klaus?"
I was more than suprised. He is more the type of someone who let people getting killed. But this time he seemed worried.
"I don't understand it. How can you be here? Why did you do this? Why did you risked your life for me-"
He stopped me. I know that were a lot of questions, but I really needed answers.
"You only need one answer. I risked my life because I can't let you die like this."
What was that for an answer? That was no sence.
But then he came closer to me ans put his hand on my face. His touch was like magic. It felt so soft and warm. It was so loving?.
"And now the truth. It was because I like you. When I saw you that happy with Tyler yesterday, I could explode and could kill him. I mean, I want to be the one who makes you that happy.-"
I know he wanted to say something more but I cut him of with a kiss. A deep and emotional kiss.
I could feel and hear his heart beat. It was perfect. I couldn't image someone better to stand there with.
When we let go he said one last sentence.
"You see I can never leave you alone. And I won't."
