Above is Cameron:)
Let me know what you guys think! I'm trying to update more often and soon some more juicy stuff will be mixed in. Like in this chapter:)) Enjoy!!:)

Here I am.

I look out the car window and peer around the many students and faculty walking in the big brick school.

All of the students are in small and large pods. Some looking at each other and conversing, others arguing, and others texting each other even though they are right next to each other. They all have backpacks and purses stuffed and look to weigh more than me, well I guess that's not much now.

I almost talked this morning, begged really. But I refrained myself from complaining about going back to school.

I couldn't explain to my parents the amount of eyes and rumors that would spread further than any wild flower has gone. Sprouting everywhere, until you couldn't see the dirt below your feet.

This past week my parents have held back from locking me in my room so that nothing would happen. But the knot in my stomach told me that no matter what; locked doors, a million body guards, anything. He'd find me. But so far, my parents have let me walk around the block alone. That's it.

Whenever they felt my need to go further, they'd have Brandon or Ashton take me. Ive turned them down every time.

Ashton comes over every day. Sometimes to just sit with me while I watch a movie others just to help my mom in the kitchen.

He never asks questions and he never pushes me to talk. Something that I'm eternally grateful for. But in return, I've gotten zero chances to ask him about his life, and he never talks about it.

Brandon had to go back to college. He calls sometimes and let's me know what's going on and checking up on me, even with me not answering him, he knows that I'm okay, I guess?

My mom has mentioned inviting my old best friends over, Cameron and Lilly. But I shake my head every time she brings it up. I don't want to see the people that I used to do everything with. Like the situation with Ashton; it's a different time. They've moved on. I can't pull them back to the past, and there's no way in hell I want to drag them into my problems. If he found out about them, they'd be in danger.

I finally build up the courage to open my car door, and step into the cool fall air. When I walk through the walls of perfume and cologne I notice how much the amount of noise went down.

Everyone's eyes trail over to me, some questioning wether I'm new, others knowing exactly who I am from the numerous flyers hanging around town.

I keep my head down and try to distract myself with my torn black jeans, black vans and grey sweat shirt. I make it up the stairs into the main hall. Keeping my face blank and void of all emotion, I make my way to the front office to collect my schedule.

Sitting in the reception desk is Mrs. Herring. Her hair is done in an extravagant red up do, and to match, she has the bright red lipstick that is everywhere on her face.

Mrs. Herring always wore bright colors to match her personality. She's always to cheery and happy. When she spots me she gives me a once over and goes back to work, only to freeze and look back at me.

"Chloe?" She breaths in a gasp and quickly gets up to hug me. I step back into the door. My sudden movement stops her and she returns to her desk.

"Oh I'm sorry sweetheart, here let me get your schedule. Would you like a map of the school?" Her voice shakes slightly and calmly, almost like I'm a deer she's afraid to frighten away. I nod in response. I only got to navigate this school for a week and that was two years ago.
