Willie never talked about his family. He knew it was a sore subject for Alex and they both now had a new chosen family that they loved. But when Julie brought up that she was hanging out with a friend that afternoon and couldn't be there for band practice, his once was heartbeat sped up when she mentioned the kid's name.

It was a Saturday afternoon and the band had a scheduled practice later that day. Since Willie had moved into the garage after they defeated Caleb, he was usually around for practice. He was sitting on the couch in his boyfriend's arms as they talked about anything and nothing. They were just waiting for Julie to get there so they could start practice. A few moments later, she came walking in.

"Hey, Jules. Can we start practice now?" Luke jumped up, smiling.

"Sorry. I'm gonna have to cancel today. I meeting with my friend today. I haven't seen her in a while so we were just going to catch up. She's actually on her way if you guys wanna meet her." Julie said, pointing towards the doors.

"Oh." Luke's smile faltered a little.

"I'd love to meet her!" Reggie said.

Just as Reggie said that a girl came walking into the garage. She was a bit taller than Julie but as soon as Willie saw her, he could only describe her as looking exactly like his sister.

The girl looked around the room. "Oh, hey! I'm Chloe." She waved.

When her eyes landed on Willie, her smile turned into her mouth being agape.

"Chloe? Are you okay?" Julie asked, following her line of vision.

Willie sat up, wide eyed, and started to walk over to the girl.

"Y- you look just like my sister." A tear fell down Willie's cheek. He was super close with his sister and couldn't bear to see her after he died. He didn't want to feel all the pain that came with watching her cry over his stupid decision.

Chloe smiled. "You look just like my uncle Willie."

Willie let out a soft laugh. "Uncle," Willie couldn't believe what was happening. "Grace always said she wanted to name her daughter Chloe."

"Here I am." She shrugged.

"This is just weird," Reggie said and Julie sent him a death glare.

"So, um... how do you know Julie?" Chloe asked Willie.

"Oh, well I ran into this guy right here," Willie pointed at Alex. "And he told me he was in a band and Julie's the lead singer but I- I didn't know you two were friends."

Chloe looked down at Willie and Alex's intertwined fingers and back up to his eyes.

"You two are dating... aren't you."

Willie felt Alex tense up and squeezed his hand in reassurance. "Yeah. We are."

"YOU'RE DATING ALEX MERCER?!" Chloe almost screamed. "Oh my god. My uncle is dating Alex fucking Mercer. That's like the coolest thing ever."

Willie immediately felt Alex relax as he started to laugh.

"Yeah, I guess I should have mentioned that Chloe is a huge fan." Julie laughed.

"Hey. I'm always up for more gay drummer friends."

"You drum?" Alex looked at Chloe.

"Is there any better way of taking out your feelings?"

Alex turned to Willie. "Willie, your niece is amazing," He then turned back to Chloe. "I literally love you."

Willie giggled.

"Okay, this is nice and all but can I hang out with my friend now?" Julie asked.

"If you have to." Willie sighed.

"I'll see you later uncle Willie! I love you."

"I love you too, Chloe."

Julie and Chloe headed to Julie's room and Willie just smiled.

Alex and Willie laid back together on the couch. "Maybe one day she can be your niece too," Willie noted before planting a kiss on Alex's, now red, face.
