This was one of the first recipes I ever made, It was also the first thing I ever cooked for my family. It quickly became a family favorite and I have to say it's not without reason. I based this recipe mostly on a childhood favorite: Chef Boyardee's ravioli sauce <3!

INGREDIENTS:
2-3 cans Tomatoes of choice (I use petite diced so they break down quicker!)
2 TSP Italian Herb Seasoning
1 TBSP Garlic Powder
1/2 TBSP Rosemary
2 whole dried Chili Peppers
1 small can Tomato Paste

DIRECTIONS:
1. In a large pot add tomatoes, Italian herb seasoning, garlic powder, rosemary, and chili peppers.
2. Bring this up to a low simmer and let simmer for 30 minutes
3. After simmering for 30 minutes add 1 small can of tomato paste, stir until the tomato paste dissolves into the sauce.
4. Add cooked pasta of choice (I primarily use spaghetti noodles), and let them absorb the sauce for around 10 minutes.
5. Serve and enjoy! (I like to garnish with a bit of Parmesan on top, but you may use whatever you like!)

This sauce is unbelievably savory and delicious. It also contains no common allergens but again if you are allergic to tomatoes or peppers please avoid! As always if you have any questions feel free to ask in the comment section below!
