What the hell just happened? I can't even think straight...How do I ask him? Should I just ask him right now? But he told me he'd tell me later. But I need to know what happened to.....to my love, my life. He's my everything and I cant stand the fact that someone else put their hands on him like that.
"Why is the scent of bacon not filling my nostrils at the moment?" Michael says pulling me back into realitly.
"We should all go get dressed and we can go eat out somewhere good." Mali sudgested. Shes so outgoing and adventerous it's one of the many perks of having her here. We can all hang out a lot.
"Yeah, I'm down. Cal knows this really good place. He's taken me there before. What's it called? Golden toucan?" Michael asks
Calum laughs his cute laugh. God I am in love with everything about him. " It's called Golden Eagle. And yeah I guess we could go there."
"Sounds like a plan for all of us then. Luke, you in?" Ash asks
"Uhmm, yeah sure." I say
"You ok buddy?" Michael asks me and I look at Cal who's looking at me with his big concerend brown eyes. I look back at Milkey and I guess he does know about what happened because his face flashes with confusion, then to concern and back to happy. He's trying to hide it from Ash but he's gonna tell us sooner or later.
"I'll go tell my mom if she wants to come or if we bring her something back." Calum says and exits the room.
"Hey Ash, can you come help me finish unpacking my stuff? I have some pretty heavy stuff and I need actual muscle to help me out." Mali asks. Ash nobs and they both head to her room.
Me and Michael stayed in slinece in the kitchen for a bit until he finally broke it. "So you found out?' he asks
"Yeah but not the way I wanted to. I don't know all the details."
"He's been contemplating telling you but after his dad, and Mali coming home, he just didn't know when to tell you."
"Can you tell me what you know? Please I need to know what happened." I ask desperate to find out what happened.
He stands there silently before starting to speak again. "All I know is tha-"
"My mom said she'll meet us there so we can take off..." Calum says through the hallway and trails off when he reaches the kitchen. He looks at me then at Michael. "Did you tell him?"
"No, I think you should tell him...It is after all your business. I really don't want to intrude or make it worse."
"Will someone please tell me what the hell went on with this jerk face ex?!" I yell a little annoyed.
Calum looks at me and sits. He rests a hand on my knee and looks at me with those eyes. "A while back, I started going out with this guy named Chad."
"Yeah I got that. He's been mentioned once or twice." I don't know if that was anger or jealousy, but that came out more harsh than meant to be. "Sorry, continue."
"Ok, so when it was our 5 month anniversary, we decided to do something special so we made reservations at this fancy restauraunt called Black Angus."
"Wait, wait, wait. How long did you go out with him?"
"Less than a year and a half. So, I got there a little early and decided to wait...I waited there half an hour after he was suppose to be there..."
"So he stood you up? Who in their right mind would stand you up? You're amazing."
"Sweet, but back on topic." He gives me a small squeeze on my knee and resumes to the story.
"So he didin't show up, which made me feel like shit. So I left and went to his house to go talk to him."
"Wait. I've never heard this part. Why don't I know this part?" Michael asks and that kinda scares me that he didin't tell his best friend this part.
"Cuz I didn't think I was ready to tell you so I never told you. But i'm telling you now. So when I got there, I knocked on the door but it wasn't locked so I walked in."
"Oh god, did he get murdered?" Michael asks and deep, deep down inside I really hope this asshole did get murdered but I know that's wrong so I push the idea away.
Calum laughs "No he didn't get murdered."
Dammit.
"But when I got there there was rose petals on the floor, up the stairs and leading to his bedroom. I thought he had planned something special for us so I followed the petal trail."
"And then you found him murdered in his bed?" Michael asks
"haha no, this isn't a horror story Mikey."
"Sorry, continue on"
"So when I got near the door, I heard some romantic music playing. I opened the door to find him....being intimate with this guy. I guess I made a sound or something cuz he turned around and looked at me."
"Who the hell would cheat on you?!" I yell . "What the fucking hell!" I yell a little too loud and Mali and Ash came running in.
"What did we miss..." Ash asks and looks at all of us.
This is probably a longer chapter than I usually write but here's one since I haven't been able to get on my computer to write.
