Its a snowy Sunday afternoon. Keigo is out on patrol with his subordinate tokoyami for a few hours when he received a call from y/n.
As keigo was about to pick up his phone a nomu appears. After a long battle with the nomu keigo checks his voice messages to listen to y/n's message
Y/n: please come home soon keigo.. it's been weeks since the last time we even ate together and it's been really lonely.. I miss you so much so please just come home
Without hesitation keigo goes out to buy y/n some gifts to make up for not being there and immediately rushes home to surprise y/n.
Before keigo arrives he sends y/n a text saying "go to the bedroom window and wait there". Mere moments later y/n notices hawks slowly descending from the sky and as y/n opens the window for keigo they started tearing up.
Keigo: there's no reason to feel alone now babybird, cause I'm here now.
Y/n: but what about your job..?
Keigo: I don't care about being a hero right now. Cause I'm not gonna let that get in the way of being with my babybird.
Y/n starts tearing up and lays down on the bed waiting for keigo to join them.
Keigo sets down some of y/n's gifts on the bed and watches y/n open them.
Keigo: there's only one thing in the world that I care about now. And it's seeing the one person I love smile.
After y/n is finished opening there gifts keigo wraps his wing around y/n, leans in and gives y/n a kiss and whispers in y/n's ear who is barely awake
Keigo: sweet dreams my little songbird, and don't worry I'll be here when you wake up my love.
