It was the 1 year anniversary of Richie's comedy show. He couldn't believe it, it was a dream come true for him. He jokes around all the time about how he gets paid to run at the mouth. Well, it was partially true, but things were different now. Eddie had moved in with his mother back in Derry because things were tight for him and his finances weren't as good as he anticipated. But still hated every second of it. He constantly complains about having to be there with her. Richie on the other hand was optimistic about it changing in the future, because little did lil' old Eddie spaghetti know, Richie had just moved into a new house with plenty of room for Eddie there.
"Good morning shitty house I grew up in!" Eddie said sarcastically with a sigh as he got up to take a shower and get ready for the day.
He hops in the shower and while showering he had wondered how Richie was doing, Or even if he cared that he was so far away. Eventually his shower had finished and he got out.
*ding ding*
Eddie notices the notification ding and glances down at his phone while drying off his hair, he then notices its a text from Richie saying,
"Hey Spaghetti! I know your probably busy but I wanted to show you something!"

Eddie, puzzled about what's going on says,
"What's so special about some keys?" Then Richie sent him this:

"Wait, did you buy a house?!" Eddie texted back shocked.
"Yeah and I just wanted to let you know that because of my one year anniversary as a comedian, as well as some small jobs I picked up here and there, I was able to buy it for us! After all, I know how much you hate it at your mothers." Richie texted with a smile on his face.
