Amanda:

I woke up to the sound of my older brother shouting, "Amanda!!! Get up that stupid bed right now!!"
I rolled my eyes and shouted back, "Fine! But do you have any specific reason to wake me up at 9 in the morning???"
He came in to my room and leaned against the wall beside my bed.
"Did anyone ever teach you your manners? As in knocking?" I muttered, frustrated.
"Yeah, mom did, you know that, we grew up under the same roof, sheesh, but that's beside the point. Anyway, did you forget?" He replied.
"Forget what?" I ask confused.
"Moving day.." He mumbled.
"Shoot I completely forgot!!!"

Mom and Dad had a talk with Alan and I last month about moving to Massachusetts. Of course we had to agree. I didn't mind moving cause I am a loner here anyways. And today was the day we were moving! I finished packing half of my stuff last night before dinner and I kinda remember Mom talking about moving to Mass. But I was so sleepy and tired that I didn't focus on dinner either.
I went to sleep last night with nothing on my mind.. so I guess I woke with nothing..!!

"Ugh I still have all my books and novels to pack, my trophies, my certificates, my showpieces, my photo album, my-"
I was cut off by mom entering my room sleepily. "What is going on? Why are you in such a hurry, sweetie?"
"Mom!! I still have stuff to pack so leave me alone!" I say shoving my trophies inside one of my suitcases.
I notice Alan quietly leaving my room.
Hmm..
I shrug and go back to work.
"But dear, you still have a lot of time!" Mom says.
"What do you mean? You said we were leaving on Thursday at 12:00 p.m.!!" I said confused.

"Yes! but I said Friday at 12:00 p.m."
