When mom said that we were moving the next day and not today I was shocked at first.
"But Alan said- Oh my goodness ALLAAAAN!!!!!" I shrieked at the top of my lungs. "Sweetheart calm down!" Mom said as she covered her ears with her hands. "Mom you don't UNDERSTAND!" I yell running down the stairs to search for that idiot Alan who I call my 'brother'. "Alaaaaan!! I yell loud as ever. I was looking for him in the living room when I heard the door open and a voice, "Amanda? Why are you yelling so much? I could here you from the driveway!" Dad says as he locks the door.
"Dad, Alan, he-" I started but Alan came out of, I kid you not, nowhere!!! Literally!
"Dad! I finished cleaning up the basement and the attic as you said!" He says while smirking at me. "I am going to kill you" I mouth to him. "Oh good, Amanda, have you done anything?" Dad asks with a raised eyebrow. "I just woke up to him shouting at me and telling me that we're moving-" I say pointing at Alan the whole time. "But we ARE moving darling!" Dad says confused. "TODAY!!" I exclaim. "Alan.." Dad sighs. "What could I do? She wasn't waking up!" Alan shrugs.
"Fine, I am going to take a shower" I mutter and trudge up the staircase. I quickly take a warm shower and change into this:
