Shy Guy (Lashton)

Chapter 1

Hiii, this is my first fanfic and i am soo excited, i am not going to have the best grammar and punctuation,  but i hope you can forgive, i have tried to relate the characters as much as they are in real life, but i have made a few changes, thats why i am making luke shy! yay! anyway, vote and comment cuz i would really aprreciate it and yeah!

Ashton's pov

I groaned as my alarm clock went off, I don't see why alarm clocks are so loud, and alarming, I guess my question will remain unanswered. School isn't too bad, but Mondays are. I have two best friends, Michael, who decides to dye his hair every colour of the rainbow, and Calum, the normal one, come to think of it, nobody is normal, if he was normal, I don't think we would get along like we do. After lying in my bed for fifteen more minutes, because the world outside my bed is cold and scary, I took a shower, brushed my teeth, wore a chequered shirt, some black jeans, and wore a bandana, cuz gotta love myself some bandannas. I had a look at the time, 7:45; I had 15 minutes to eat breakfast and go to school, so I took a banana and headed off. It appeared that mum already took Lauren and Harry to school, without saying goodbye, wow, that hurts my feelings a lot.

As I walked to school, I ate my banana, and then saw a certain Calum Hood, I gave him a grin and jogged in order to catch up with him, "Calum, princess, how was your weekend?” I asked him mocking a girls voice, he replied in the same voice "Ah me gash Ashy, it was fabulous, I brought the cutest shoe EVER!" we both laughed at our stupidity and walked to school, arm in arm talking about everything and anything.

English was my first lesson, I sit at the back by myself because my old English person thingy had left a few months ago, and now I am all alone. I would be lying if I said I didn't feel lonely all by myself for the whole period of English. I shrugged it off and made my way to my seat. "Right, we have a new student joining us today, and I want you all to go easy on him, he appears to be really shy, and I think we should welcome as best as we can, okay?" we all groaned, we thought that this 'shy guy' was going to be nerdy and annoying, one of those geeks on television, no offense to the geeks. The girl sitting in front of me, Hannah, sniggered "Looks like nerd is going to be sitting next to you" she said to me, grinning as if it was the funniest thing ever, "And that's just great" I said sarcastically, I didn't want to sit next to some stranger. Miss Kelly, our English teacher opened the door and said "Luke, you may come in now." with a smile, so I know his name is Luke. When he walked in, everyone was stunned, let's just say he extremely attractive. "Hey, Ashton, if you have problem sitting next to the new guy, I'll swap places with you" I smiled and replied "No thanks" he had blond hair that was in a quiff, blue eyes and a lip ring. Lip rings are hot, and I just realized that today. He was wearing a black Nirvana top, a black jacket, some black skinny jeans and white vans. He was looking down at his feet as if it was the most interesting thing on earth, "Luke, if you would like to sit next to Ashton" Miss Kelly said. I raised my hand to show where I was sitting, he looked up for one second, and looked down at his feet again, walking towards me. I looked at him as he sat down and smiled. When he sat down Hannah decided to introduce herself "Hi! I'm Hannah, I am also single to if you would like to give me a call" she said with a smirk. I scoffed. Hannah and Luke both looked at me and I apologized. "Ermm, well, I am not really looking for a relationship, but I can take your number, if you want? Sorry." Luke said to Hannah, I smiled at his awkwardness, it was honestly adorable. Hannah smiled "Don't apologize; I will get your number after class, yeah?" She said smiling; Luke gave a shy smile back and looked down at his books. Half way  through the lesson, he didn't even look up once, he was either taking notes or playing with his fingers, i t was really cute but I wanted to talk to him "You can look up you know?" i asked him, he blushed, aww he's embarrassed. he looked up "sorry." he said, "you don't need to apologize, you haven't done anything wrong" I said, smiling at him, and finally, he gave me a shy smile back.

At lunch, all I could think about was Luke's extremely blue eyes, Michael nudged me. "Ash, have you listened to anything i said?" he asked me "erm, yeah, you told me how horrible this chocolate milk is" i replied, knowing his love hate relationship with chocolate milk. "oh ha ha, i was saying how the new kid was not how we expected, like i am not gay or anything, but he is hot!" Michael said, Calum nodding in agreement, i felt a pang of jealousy, I don't even know why. I looked towards Luke and he was just walking around, playing with his finger, "Luke! do you wanna eat with us?" i shouted. Luke blushed, again, probably feeling embarrassed that i just yelled his name, nevertheless he gave me his famous shy smile and walked towards the table, I moved my bag from the seat next to me and gave him a welcoming smile. "Hi again"I said with a large smile "Hello" he said looking down at his fingers. "You are quite the quiet one, aren't you?" Calum said, laughing. Luke just smiled and blushed. "So ermm, I hope you don't mind me asking, but can i please have your names ?" Luke asked. "So he talks!" Michael shouted "My name is Michael, this is Calum and-" I cut Michael off "I'm Ashton, you met me in English" Luke gave a small chuckle, but i just just found myself accidentally staring into his blue eyes. "So ermm, you say erm a lot..."
