CHAPTER 1
I walk down the isle where I know I stashed the last box of hersheys chocolate. I suddenly felt a hand reach for it. I felt the box but it suddenly was snatched out of my hand. My face grew with anger as i ran around the corner to see who stole my box."Hey! What the hell," I yelled furiously. I was not in the mood today.
"Oh, you mean this one," the guy spoke with a british accent holding up the box.
"Yes that one!" I yelled.
"I'm sorry. Do you want it?" he asked as he held out the box to me.
"Yes! Yes, I do!"
"Fine! You want it! Take it, bitch," he shouted at me.
I felt something hit my head, then hit the floor, and I blackedout.

I started to wake up and i found myself looking at the stranger from the grocery store. "What happened?!"
"You fainted, love" the stranger spoke as he brushed hair out of my face.
"Where am I," I questioned.
"You're in my flat. I accidently threw a chocolate box at your face. Oops. But on the brightside I caught you before you hit the floor. You can thank these babies," he bragged kissing his muscles. "I'll grab you some water." he got up and pulled a glass from the cabinet next to his fridge.
"Two ice cubes, please."
"Here take some of these pain killers."
"How do I know those aren't some kind of drug you're trying to get me hooked on," I asked giving him a sespicious look.
"Pain killers. For pain. They kill it," he explained.
"Well since you put it that way," I took the pills from his hand and gulped them down with the water he gave me.
"How are you feeling," he asked.
"A little better actually. But why do you want to know ," I asked looking him up and down.
"Oh I get it you find me as some kind of creeper who wants to creep all up on you. Well it's weird how people always say, don't talk to strangers, yet you're talking to a stranger, in my house, drinking my water, and I was one who saved you. If I was a so called stranger, you would have probably already ran out the door and yet, you stayed," he looked at me with amusement.
"So what? It's not like I asked to come here," I said standing up, jabbing my finger into the guy's chest. "Plus you offered everything to me. I didn't ask for anything. You' re the charity," I explained looking into his blue eyes.
"Charity? I was doing those things to be nice. To not seem like a threat to you. It was all for you. All that and not a simple thank you either. I could have just left your ass on the ground in that fucking grocery store and took the fucking box of chocolates for myself, without even thinking about you," he explained.
I blushed feeling guilty. He was right. He saved my ass and all I'm doing is calling him some kindof charity giver. I didn't even say thank you. I took my finger away from his chest and sat down on his couch putting my hands in my lap. "I'm sorry. And you're right. I'm being rude. I'm sorry, and also thank you."
"You're you welcome and I guess it's okay," he said crossing his arms and sitting next to me.
"May i ask, just one question," I asked holding up my index finger.
"Sure," he said with his accent, which made his answer short.
"What's your name," I asked.
"My name," he said pointiong to himself. I nodded. "My name is Louis. Louis Tommilson. What's your name," he smiled.
"My name is Melaney," I answered shooting a smile back at him.
"Melaney. Uncommon, but cute," he said looking down at his watch. "Aah, I should get you home it's getting pretty late."
"What time is it," I asked.
"Nine thirty two." I nodded. "I'll grab my keys. The car is out front."
I made my out to his car as he unlocked it. I climbed in.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
We were pretty close to my dorm when this song came on. I didn't know what it was called but I really liked it. "I like this song. It makes me want to party," I grinned.
"It makes you want to party," he laughed.
"Yeah." We arrived at my dorm and the car got quiet for a moment.
"Well this is where you get off. Oh yeah. If you need anything here's my number," Louis said handing me a peice of paper. "It's just for the occasional emergencies, if you ever want to live with me, you know that type of stuff," he ended giving me a big but fake smile.
"Bye, Louis," I answered getting out of his car.
"Bye," Louis sighed. He pulled out of the parking lot and drove away until I couldn't see his car anymore.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I walked into my dorm and fell slowly to the floor with my back on the door. Why was I up thinking about him. Louis. I had to call him.
I dialed his number and soon enough a british accent picked up the phone. "Hello," he sounded confused.
"Hey, it's Melaney," I answered.
"Melaney!" I could hear honking in the backround, "Ooops. What are you calling for?"
"Louis I was thinking. Since you don't live with anyone, and I don't live with anyone. And since you're the only person i've met while over seas."
"Yeah."
"Louis, can i move in with you," I shot out, waiting for an answer.
