While she sips down her half-empty glass of wine, she stares straight into his lips as he sips from his whiskey.
As he set his drink down, he questioned, " What are you looking at, love? "
As she set her wine glass down and placed her hand over her cheek, she stared at his left eye, then his lips, and then back to his right
She rose out of her chair and walked over to him, sitting on his lap with her arms around his neck
" Bitter " she whispered as she gave him a peck on the lips.
" Why do you look so damn pretty? " He asked as he caress her cheek and tucking a strand of hair behind her ear
She shrugged while looking at him with those doe eyes, making it hard for him to not make her kneel before him while looking at him with those eyes.
