Y/n's POV

I was in my office when Hange came in

"Your parents are here again" They say. I groan

"When will they leave me alone?" I ask.

"I'm not sure but here they are" Hange says as my parents walk in. Hange closed the door after them and now it was me and my parents

"What do you want?" I ask

"You're leaving" My mother says. I look at her like she's crazy

"Um.. no?" I ask unaware someone was standing outside the door listening to the conversation

"You are, we found you a suitor. You'll be married to him at once. You're lucky he even excepted I mean most of the suitors we tried refused due to your terrible reputation growing up" My mom says. I roll my eyes

"I wonder why I have that reputation?" I ask sarcastically. She glares at you

"Don't talk to your mother that way, now come on" My father says

"No I'm in a committed relationship and I'm not getting married to some snob" I say

"We didn't say you could be in a relationship" She says

"I didn't ask for your permission. I'm gonna do whatever I want" I say

"Listen I'm gonna give you to the count of 3 to get over here and walk out with us. If you don't... you'll be sorry" He says. I sit ontop of my desk as I cross my legs

"I'm 25, do you think your threats will work?" I ask watching the two of them

"You're playing with fire" He says

"No no, realistically speaking. You're playing with fire. Let me explain something to you" I say as I stand up and walk towards them

"I'm not that little girl anymore. I've been face to face with death more times than you can imagine. If you think I'm scared of you, you are sorely mistaken. Not only that.. father.. you realize I'm in the military and not only am I in the military. I'm one of the best soldiers out there. So you're telling me... you think you could fight me and win..?" I ask laughing. They were both seething in anger

"The only outcome of us getting in a physical fight... is your sorry figure on the ground begging for me to stop beating the absolute crap out of you. I'm not getting married to a suitor so you can kiss your money bags goodbye. Now I'm gonna give you two options. One, you get out of my office and don't come back or, two, you don't leave and I pummel you into the ground and then I drag you out of my office. Either way I win" I say as I stare at them both. I watch my father go to grab my hair

"Oh and the other thing... if you put your hands on me I will kill you" I say

"You act like you can just take a life so easily... especially the people who raised you" My mother says

This will be over soon, keep your facade up. Don't let them see through you

I laugh

"The people who raised me?! Please. The rats inside that place I called a home raised me better than you two" I say. It upset my father and he went to punch me. I grabbed his arm and slammed him onto my desk. The desk broke from the force making a loud noise. I jumped on top of him and began punching him in the face

"This is for everytime you... punched me... kicked me... slapped me..." I say in between punches as tears stream down my face. My mother screamed and the door slammed open. I had finally been pushed off the edge.

I'm gonna kill him

I wrapped my hands around his throat as I began choking him. An unhinged look in my eyes as I could no longer think. My surroundings disappeared as the only thing I could focus on was the man I called a father under me being strangled.

"Corporal Y/n, let him go" I heard a familiar voice say. I recognized it to be my boyfriend Levi's. My hands still wrapped around his throat as I looked up at Levi with a tear stained face

Why is he using titles?

I began to hyperventilate

"Please! Corporal Levi! She's gone mad, save us!" My mother shouts. He ignores her. He looks at me sternly but gives me a sympathetic look that only I'd be able to recognize after being with him so long

"Do not make me repeat myself Corporal" he says. I hear my father struggle to breathe under me. I shakily remove my hands from his throat as I get off of him. My father gasps for air. I scurry to the closest wall and curl up into a ball as I begin to loudly sob

Third Person POV

Y/n's mother attempted to blame Y/n as the bad guy and her and husband as victims

"Please! You must do something with that insane woman! She's tried to kill us before! You have to believe me!" Y/n's mother said as she gripped onto Levi's clothes. Levi looked at the woman with a death glare knowing exactly what had happened in here.

"Get your disgusting hands off me" Levi said sternly. She instantly removed herself from him

"Get out" Levi said lowly

"What?" Y/n's mother asked confused

"Get. Out." Levi said once more clicking his tongue

"You need to do something about he-" She began but Levi had enough. He grabbed the woman by her hair

"Obviously you can't take orders" Levi says dragging her as he goes to grab Y/n's father

"Get up" Levi says with pure venom. Y/n's father got up even though his face was covered in blood. Levi grabbed the man by his arm and dragged them both out. Y/n was still curled up into a ball sobbing knowing she almost killed someone. Levi had dragged them to Erwin's office. Basically throwing them in there

"Deal with them" Levi says with pure anger as he slams the door shut. He then heads back to Y/n's office to see her in the same state

Y/n's POV

"Y-Y/n..." I hear Levi say. I don't respond. I hear footsteps and then feel someone sit next to me.

"I-I'm... sorry..." He mutters. I don't respond once more. He shakily wraps his arms around me

"You won't have to worry about them anymore... I'm sorry.." He mutters as his grip around me tightens. I shakily grip his shirt as I cry into his chest

"I've got... you now..." Levi said trying to remain calm. He was upset at himself for being unaware.. the only thing he was able to do was keep your record clean
