I'm breathing the air that is floating around my head. I'm inhaling the fresh air and exhaling the unfresh air. As I keep inhaling and exhaling my chest goes up and down because of the air that goes in to my lungs. The air that I breath is all around, as I constantly keep breathing to keep me alive, and while I'm breathing my heart is pounding in my chest so the blood flows through my body so I also keep alive. Without lungs or your heart you would be dead. So just breath.
