Chapter 1 - New School (Episode - Origins P.1)

(Y/N POV)

"Y/N wake up! It's the first day of school!!" I wake up as I hear Adrien knocking and shouting at my door. I stand up from my bed and open the door.

"Adrien, it's so early." I said as I rubbed my eyes.

"Wash your face, you have school!" Adrien shouts. I seriously want to murder him.

"Will you stop screaming and I am going to school a little late. I already told Nathalie and she told the principal." I said as I walked to my cupboard and chose my outfit for today.

"But it's your first day! You have to go! I can't go but at least you can!" Adrien said. I feel so bad that dad doesn't let him go, but I will tell dad to let him go to school if that's the last thing I do.

"Don't worry, I am going to go," I said. Adrien sadly nodded.

I went to the washroom and washed my face, came out, did some light makeup and got dressed.

I got a text message from Nathalie.

Nathalie :- I am extremely sorry, Miss Y/N but your father gave me some work so will you be able to go to school alone?

Y/N :- Yeah sure, it's no problem.

Nathalie :- Thank you, Miss Y/N

I got my backpack and quickly ran to school. On my way, I saw an old man probably in his 60s or 70s. He had a cane and a bag of what looked like groceries or sweets.

He suddenly fell to the ground; I looked around, everyone was on their phones. I quickly ran to the old man and helped him up and picked up the groceries.

"Thank you, young lady," He said as I handed him his bag.

"It's no problem, I am getting late for school, be careful next time." I said as I waved and walked away.

When I looked behind me, he was staring at a black box and smiling. I had seen the box in the bag, I am pretty sure he was happy that whatever was in there. I ran to my school.

I reach my school in a few minutes. I ran in my class.

"Ah, Y/N come in, you can introduce yourself and please find a seat." Mrs. Bustier said.

"Ok…" I whispered awkwardly. "Hey guys I am Y/N Agreste, And I hope to have fun in this school." I said, waving; I walked to find a seat.

A girl in the third row removed her backpack from the seat. She told me to sit with her.

"Hi, I am Katy Parker," Said the girl who gave me a seat, waving. I waved back.

"Hi Katy, You know already but I am Y/N Agreste." I chuckled as I smiled at her.

I hear someone whisper my name, I turn to voice, Chloe is calling me. What does she want?

"Hey Y/N, Where's Adrie?" Chloe whispered to me.

"Dad isn't allowing him to come to school." I whispered back.

"Why?" Chloe asked.

"I don't know why," I whispered back.

(3rd Person POV)

"Negative emotions. This is perfect, exactly what I need. Anger, Sadness. Burn a hole in his heart, my dirty little akuma. Fly away my little akuma and evil-ise him" Hawkmoth said.

Gabriel already told Nathalie to pick Y/N up from school early.

(Y/N's POV)

I was walking to the library outside my school with Katy. Nathalie pulled up and told me I had to go home. I had no choice but to agree.

As we were in the car, my phone buzzed with messages. I checked who it was, it was Adrien.

Adrien :- Where are you?
Are you okay?
Y/N?
Y/N?!

Y/N :- Adrien, what happened?

Adrien :- Are you okay? Where are you?

Y/N :- I am in the car with Nathalie and I'm fine but what happened?

Adrien :- You didn't hear? A monster is roaming free in Paris. Please be careful.

Y/N :- I will, don't worry, see you at home.

I look at Nathalie. "Nathalie, can't you tell Dad to let Adrien go to school?" I asked.

"I am trying my hardest, Miss Y/N." Nathalie said. I smiled.

"Is there a monster in Paris? Adrien said so." I asked.

"I am afraid there is, I didn't want to worry you that's why I didn't tell you, Miss Y/N." Nathalie said as we pulled up to our house.
