Life as a Moroi: (Dimitri)

Here we are

Rose: I woke up right before the sun came up. I got up quietly without waking Dimitri to get some air. The air was thick of dew and mist. It felt nice.

Dimitri: I sat up, realising that Rose wasn't in bed beside me.

"Roza?" I called softly.

Rose: I sat outside the tent till I heard Dimitri call to me. " Yes?" I whispered as I noticed a deer a few yards away

Dimitri: I popped my head out of the tent and smiled at her.

"I was wondering where you got to," I said softly, my eyes falling on the bite on her neck to make sure it hadn't bruised.

Rose: " No." I whispered again and looked back at him pointing out the deer coming down from the hill.

Dimitri: I glanced at the deer and smiled shaking my head.

"It will spook as soon as it senses you," I teased. Animals hated being around Dhampirs.

Rose: " If I haven't spooked you away I doubt I'll spook a deer." Right as I said that the deer looked up and ran off.

Dimitri: I glanced at the deer and then back at rose.

"It's obviously smarter than me," I joked.

Rose: I leaned back on my elbows and looked back at him. " Just in obvious things though." I smiled.

Dimitri: Her smile made my heart leap in my chest and I had to look away to stop the blush from spreading over my face.

Rose: " So when are we heading home?" I asked him as I basically sat there in the dirt. I didn't even notice I called his house home.

Dimitri: I shrugged.

"Whenever you're ready Rose," I said softly.

"But I think we should get a few more swims in," I said softly.

Rose: " You just want me in my suit again." I smirked and looked up at him. " Don't you?"

His cheeks were already turning red.

Dimitri: I scoffed, but she knew that I did. I wasn't exactly good at hiding my attraction.

Rose: I stood up and walked over to where my bikini was drying. " You read?" I asked him as I started getting ready.

Dimitri: I changed into my shorts and nodded, jumping into the water.
