Gen woke up feeling nervous and happy. Today was her wedding and the beginning of her and Lucas's lives together. She smiled to herself, jumping from the bed and running the shower. Once done, Gen did her morning routine and looked at her dress hanging near the closet when a knock came on her room door.

"Lucas, you can't... Peyton, what do you want?" Genesis asked, seeing Pey standing outside of her door. She shifted on her feet, looking down at the floor with a small smile.

"Can I please talk to you? I promise only talk," She said, making Gen sigh opening the door fully for her to come in. She points to the chair by the bathroom door while she sat on the bed.

"Talk I don't have that much time before My'esha, and whoever Ma Dele got to do my hair comes."

"Uncle Luca really outdid your wedding dress. I love that," Peyton said, looking over at the dress hanging, smiling. "I wanted to say I'm sorry again. I should have broken things off with you before I started advancing Leah. She turned me down at first. Then I lied, telling her we were done... I hurt you, then I played off your misery and became jealous when I saw Lucas with you. I was petty, self-centered, selfish, and I'm sorry. I really do wish the best for you and Lucas and... and I heard that you are pregnant... Is that true?" Peyton said, saying the last part a little low with her head down.

"Peyton, I forgive you. If I don't, I would be the petty, self-centered, and selfish person I'm not. Look, we both were young when we started messing around, and at the time, I thought I was into girls. They were pretty, and I never paid attention to boys. I think... I know I always liked Lucas, but he never paid me attention. I didn't know what that was until now. You were fourteen, and I was fifteen when we started exploring. So, yeah, this was bound to happen. Stop beating yourself up. People make mistakes, and they learn from them. I'm not mad anymore... but Leah is a different story. Talk to her." Genesis said as another knock came on the door. She got up to answer, but Peyton grabbed her hand.

"You didn't answer my question."

"What question?"

"Are you?" She asked, touching her belly. Genesis smiled, nodding her head as Peyton stood hugging her tight.

"Boy, if your Dad was here to hear this or see you and Lucas together...."

"He would have beaten his ass, and I think Da Luca would have let him," Gen said, laughing making Peyton laugh.

"Congrats, both of you deserve this," Peyton said as Gen open the door to see Adele, Paris, with a group of people.

"What are you doing in here, Pey? Shouldn't you be resting?"

"I needed to talk to Gen, Ma. I'm good... I just needed to tell her sorry and congratulate her. Right, Gen?" Peyton said with a smile. She was happy that Genesis forgave her when she didn't have to.

"Right, now get the hell out of my room so I can get ready... Ma Dele, what is all this?"

"Your glam squad, courtesy of your Opa Axel. That man thinks shit must be done a concern way. Like Luke isn't my fucking son, and you're not about to be my daughter-in-law. The asshole has been gone for eighteen fucking years then wants to bring his old, decrypted ass in here like he was never missing," Adele said, making Gen look over to Paris, Odette, Nova, and Violet, who all shrugged their shoulders.

A short time later, Hermosa walked in with Riley, Arianna, Farrah, Aria, Raine, Melody, Lila, Amara, Jazmine, and Raven. Hermosa was her maid of honor, and the rest was her bride maids. Lucas refused to leave the Bergs or the Stevens out for his wedding. They were family.

As for him, Vince was his best man, which didn't surprise Gen because the two were like twins joined at the hip. Xerxes, Elijah, Trey, Alex, Aaron, Caleb, Jamon, Jj, RJ, Zion, and Corey were his groomsmen. Who, Luca, Rodney, and Axel had them at the house that is now Adele and his by the lake where they were having the wedding.
