Chapter 1

Ariana POV

Mommy: "Wake up" she said softly.

Me: "What" I said sleepily.

Mommy: "Its time to pack" she left my room. I picked up my IPhone 5s and checked the time. It was 3am. My plane left at 5:30am. I had to move to California because my dad has better custody of me since he lives in a nice neighborhood. When my mom and dad divorced when I was 7 it broke my heart. I stayed with my mom just fine until 2 months ago when my step mom convinced my dad for full custody. Since my dad already had full custody on my brother Noah the judge let's me stay with my mom for 1month in the summer and rest with my dad. Anyway I packed everything my mom bought me and a picture of me, my mom, and my brother. It was 4:45am and I grabbed my pillow and my blanket. I got into my moms car with my step dad Jerad.

Jerad: "I'm gonna miss you shawdy"

Me: (I busted out laughing) "Don't do that"

We drove to the airport and I hugged my mom and step dad until they said "Air 62 California" my mom cried and Jerad hugged her. I walked to the plane and waved goodbye. I sat down in my seat next to this fine ass boy.

??: "Ayye cutie I'm James"

Me: "I'm Ariana"

James: "Where you headed?"

Me: "LA how bout you?"

James: "Damn I'm headed to Sacramento"

We were silent. I pulled out my laptop and Kiked my brother.

ArianaRiley "Hey big bro I'm on my way"

NoahRiley: "Can't wait to see you"

ArianaRiley: "Me too"

NoahRiley: "How's mom?"

ArianaRiley: "She misses you"

NoahRiley: "How Jerad?"

ArianaRiley: "He loves her"

ArianaRiley: "How's that bitch?"

NoahRiley: "Aye Ari stop"

ArianaRiley: "Its her fault"

NoahRiley: "Bye bby sis✌"

I closed my laptop. And fell asleep.

I woke up and looked out my window. It was sunny. I checked my phone and it was 6:30am the next morning. I slept a long time. I took a instagram selfie.

Pilot: "We are now landing"

I put my stuff in my bag and stood up to stretch. I grabbed my bags and exited the plane. I walked to the airport and looked around. I saw Noah and ran up to him and jumped on him.

Noah: "Baby sis" he said as he squeezed me. I jumped down. I saw my dad and hugged him.

Me: "Where's she"

Shantay: "She is right here. Hi baby girl" She had her hands out for a hug. I just waved. My dad grabbed my bags.

Dad: "I don't understand why you have bags when you already have clothes."

Me: "Jerad and mom bought me new clothes" he gave me a look when I said Jerad.

We got into his car. I sat in the way back. Noah sat in the middle with my bags and my dad and Shantay sat in the front. We arrived to my house.

I walked up the front stairs and opened the door. Everything was different. I walked to my room and my walls were pink. Last time as I was here it was baby blue. I went into Noah's room and his walls were still green.

Me: "Why are my walls PINK!!??" I yelled at Shantay.

Shantay: "A girls' room should be pink.

Me: "I like blue."

Shantay: "See I knew we shouldn't of let you stay with that mother of yours with that bad attitude"

Noah: "Aye don't talk about my mom"

My dad came up to see what was going on. I explained, Shantay explained, and Noah explained. My dad looked at me and Noah.

Dad: "Rooms NOW"

Me and Noah went to our room. I heard my dad and Shantay arguing. I stayed in my room until it was dinner time.

I walked downstairs and grabbed my dinner. I walked back upstairs hearing Shantay calling me to come back. I walked to Noah's room and looked at all his pictures. After I ate dinner I took my plate downstairs. Shantay was washing dishes.

Shantay: "I'm sorry, I just don't want you to hate me forever"

Me: "I don't. Noah doesn't like Jerad and I don't like you"

Shantay: "Why" she looked at me in my eyes.

Me: "Because its like your .....your taking my moms place." I started crying.

Shantay: "No honey. Never" she hugged me for a while. I walked back to my room and laid down and started crying. I cried myself to sleep.
