nobodies POV

"yes..?" the monotone voice questioned

"father" adrien whispered in awe

"hello son, it's good to see you again"

gabriel looked over to marinette, she stood rearranging her pig tails, and brushed her fly always behind her ear

"who is this young lady?" adrien asked, looking down from the stairs at marinette

"this is uh-"

"im marinette dupain cheng" marinette said, cutting off adrien, slightly stepping forward

"are you a friend of my sons" gabriel asked questioningly

"uh well yes um kind of yes hahah" she stammered out, twiddling with the end of her dress

"very well, why did you come to see me son, and why was there a need to bring along this girl" his voice said sternly, bouncing off the walls

"uh well father we have something we would like to uh tell you" adriens voice wavered, as he looked down into his hands

gabriel raised an eyebrow

"go on..." he said

adriens eyes went blurry, he tried to think of how to phrase what he was about to say

his arms shook nervously, and he opened his mouth to try and get out what he needed to say

adriens POV

i didn't want to say anything

this had all seemed too quick

it felt like we'd hardly even seen father

i guess that's just how it is when you're around him

he rushes you along to get to his next problem

nobodies POV

"we uh well we're um having a uh-"

"i'm pregnant" marinette cut off

gabriel's face turned white

he gripped onto the stair railing

"w-what" he asked, lost for words

"i'm having a baby, and adriens the father" marinette firmly said, puffing out her chest

"i'm sorry father" adrien said, holding marinettes hand

gabriel swallowed, and stared at the floor

plaggs POV

damn this boy sweats a lot, like yeah he's nervous but he's making my cheese all soggy

i guess i have no choice but to eat it

nobodies POV

"i take it you two are together then" gabriel asked, remaining a stern eye contact, but letting go of the railing

"yes father" adrien said, trying to break eye contact with his father, but failing

gabriel walked down the steps, and came face to face with the couple

the pair stood nervously, gripping eachothers hands

gabriel took a deep breath, and placed his hand into his back pocket

as he pulled it back out, the pair saw a credit card

"make sure you spend my money well" he started, the pair looked at him in awe

"by the time this baby comes you'll be out of college, and you'll both need a home, and baby essentials" he continued

"th-thank you father"

"thank you mr aggreste" mari said amazed

"please dear, call me gabriel" he smiled, placing a hand on maris shoulder

marinette warmly smiled at him

gabriel pulled adrien into a hug

a long awaited hug

"i want to be a part of this babies life in all ways possible" he smiled, a tear forming in his eyes as he pulled away from adrien

"if you ever need anything please
come to me, i'll be more than happy to help support you" he carried on

the pair smiled warmly at him

"we did it" adrien whispered to mari

"thank god" she answered back

"now if you two don't mind i am busy designing right now, so you may stay if you'd like, but i'll be in my office" he said, walking out of the room

"we'll be on our way nathalie" adrien said, taking marinettes hand

"congratulations adrien and marinette" nathalie smiled, as she pressed a large red button on the side of the wall

they nodded at her as they walked out into their car, gorilla smiling as they left

"i love you adrien" mari smiled

"i love you too mari"
