Wheel Ships: Dean x Eugene

~(I'm a little late but HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO OUR BEST BOY EUGENE!!!!! And so to celebrate his birthday I've written this crack ship. Also have y'all heard? Their adapting Weak Hero INTO A K-DRAMA YO!! I'm so hyped, although I would've preferred an anime adaptation but still YOOOO! Here's a link: https://entertain.naver.com/now/read?oid=076&aid=0003736312. (It's in Korean but Google Translate actually does a soils job) And lastly I'll be doing this thing where I put random headcannons at the end of chapter cause why not. May or may not be related to chapter. Well that was the longest intro. Anyways that's all and please leave requests and/or constructive criticism and I hope you enjoy!)~

      There's something strange with Eugene, Gray thought. He was overly happy, practically beaming with life. He kept smiling to himself with this wistful look in his eyes. Not that Gray minded Eugene being happy it was just...odd.

      "Eugene." Gray addressed the said boy while they were studying in class.

     "Huh, yeah?"

     "You're acting strange." Gray was quick to the point and very straightforward, catching Eugene off guard.

     "O-oh, um well I just-it's j-just-Just a g-good day, right?" Eugene said somehow managing to piece together a sentence, despite the intense stuttering and nervous laughter.

     "Hm." Something's definitely going on. Gray thought. But, he decided to leave it alone. Something that made Eugene this happy had to be a good thing right?

     The bell rang to indicate the end of class and the boys walked out the classroom to go to lunch, but Eugene suddenly walked in the opposite direction.

     "The cafeterias this way." Gray said, confused by Eugene's once again strange behavior.

     "I, uh, have some-some stuff to d-do during lunch." Eugene said and before he could elaborate he rushed in the opposite direction, leaving a perplexed Gray.

     How strange...

~~~~~~~~Not very much later~~~~~~~~

       Eugene was walking down the alley behind the school feeling slightly less giddy then before. After all, alleyways were a great place to be jumped and he lived Noryangjin where the streets were ruled by ruthless fighters. This probably wasn't the best place to meet up. However the thought of simply being able to meet up was carrying him through the alley.

   At this point Eugene should've been used to sneaking around alleys. Keeping it a secret was hard and lying to his friends was even harder but until they were ready there was only a few ways to meet and walking in a back alley happened to be one. It had been awhile since their last meeting and Eugene was simply happy. Even if it was only in secret he was just glad to see-

"Hey." Eugene looked up to see a looming figure leaning against the wall. So lost in his own thoughts he was oblivious to the person in front of him. A split second of fear raced through his veins before he realized who it was: Dean Kwon.

With his hat drawn over his eyes, arms folding across his chest, and leaning against the wall he sure looked menacing, but Eugene found it to be more like the epitome of tall, dark and handsome. Before Eugene could say anything Dean lifted his cap up and said, "How you doin'?"

A warm smile was set upon Dean's face as looked down at Eugene. Eugene laughed. The "How you doin'" was a reference to an American television show which Eugene had recently become invested in and he eventually convinced Dean to start watching it.
