***The next day***

It was a rainy day. A beautiful day in Gray's eyes. He watched as the tiny droplets of water slowly slid down the window next to his bed. The sight calmed him. He really needed something to calm him. Especially after what had happened yesterday. 'I never should have agreed to play pool with them.' He thought while sighing.

The light haired boy slowly got out of his bed and slid his school uniform on. He looked at the clock on his nightstand. 6:30. Good. He went to the bathroom and looked at himself in the mirror. 'I look like shit.' he thought as he grabbed and opened his makeup box. Yes he wears makeup.

He grabbed a bottle in the box the and put the littlest drop of foundation he could possibly manage on his cheek under his eye. He tries to use as little makeup as possible every day he needed it because it was hard as fuck to find makeup his skin color. He didn't need that much of it, anyway. It was just to hide his tear stained face.

The window was far away from Gray's desk, but he was still able to see the drops slide down the window. Eugene noticed Gray and grew worried.

It wasn't until Gray had been staring at the window for 25 minutes when he was snapped out of his trance by his very worried desk mate.

"Gray?" Gray blinked and looked at Eugene. "Yes?" Eugene could hear the annoyance in his voice. 'Is he bothered? Should have I left him alone?' Eugene ignored those thoughts and asked Gray what he had been meaning to ask him a long time. " Are you okay?"

Gray closed his eyes and took a deep breath. 'No. Of course I'm not okay. What makes you think I'm okay?' part of him wanted to say these thoughts out loud, but the other half knew that the harsh words would hurt his friend's feelings. He didn't want that. So, opening his eyes, he simply answered "Yes, why?"

"Well, you've been acting really weird and sad lately, and I've gotten really worried!" Gray glared at Eugene, then looked at his notebook. "It's a waste of time." Eugene gave Gray a confused look and asked "A waste of time? What is?"

Gray closed his eyes again, and answered "Worrying for me. It's all just a waste of time." Eugene's eyes widened, yet still held a softness and worry for Gray. "Your not a waste of time, Gray! Don't say that!" Gray just kept looking at his notebook and said "Yeah, sure. Get back to studying, Eugene."

As much as Eugene wanted to comfort Gray, and tell him he was worth something, that he wasn't a waste of time, he knew Gray was right. He looked at his notebook, and started reviewing his notes. That didn't stop him from giving confused and worried glances at Gray, though.

The rest of the day seemed to fly by, like a white bird who took off into the sky. Oddly specific, I know.

The bell rang, signifying the end of the day and Gray started to pack up. Eugene started packing up too, but much slower. Gray speed walked out of the room, leaving Eugene behind.

Gray looked at the ground as he walked, which caused him to not notice the teen who was rushing to where he needed to go. Which, of course, caused the two to run into each other.

The boy seemed to be in a rush, which made the impact larger, which made Gray fall to the ground, hitting his head pretty violently against the concrete.

"Ow! Watch where you going, you-" Gray stopped mid sentence when he saw who had run into him.

"Sorry, I'm kinda in a rush. I didn't expect to run into anyone!" Ben spoke quickly and loudly, so Gray could hardly understand him. All he really knew was that Ben was holding his hand out for Gray to take.

Gray took Ben's hand and it seemed as if he was weightless for a moment. Well, he probably was to Ben. He is freakishly strong. Gray must be nothing to Ben. "Are you hur- Gray, your bleeding!"

Gray touched his temple and noticed that he was in fact bleeding. "Okay, and? It doesn't even hurt." Gray would never say it, but it did hurt, it felt as if his head had been hit with a metal baseball bat and stomped on multiple times afterwards. Ben grabbed his friend's chin and made him look to his left. "Oh, that's bad." Gray grabbed his wrist and pulled it off of his face.

"No it's not" Gray glared at Ben while saying this, which nearly made Ben piss his pants. It was tht one glare that terrified everyone within it's gaze.

"But it looks-" Ben couldn't even finish his sentence without getting interrupted by a very annoyed Gray Yeon. "It doesn't matter how it looks, it doesn't hurt. I'm fine."

Ben sighed and accepted the fact that he would never be able to get Gray to admit it hurt, so he just said "Fine, I'm running late so I gotta go, but just take care of that when you get home, alright?" Gray rolled his eyes at his friend's worry. Despite his annoyance, he said "Fine, I will, now go." Ben glanced at his watch and quickly started running, bumping into Gray's shoulder in the process. Ben ran out of Gray's sight, leaving his friend behind.

When Gray got home he took care of his head, wincing when he touched it.
He sighed and flopped down on his bed. 'My head is aching, should I get some medicine for it?' Gray questioned of should properly bandage his wound, but decided against it.

After a while, Gray went to the bathroom across from his room and washed off his makeup. He glanced at the small white box on the corner of the sink containing a clean and sharp razor blade, which he despised. He ignored it and finally went to bed.
