*Y/N POV*

You try to move towards grandpa, but you feel something under you...it is a special rune...you pick it up and look at it, you suddenly feel your wounds disappearing "what the..." I said, you stand back at you're feet, "how could you betray your own family, you're own BLOOD!?" said Jessica, as darkness creeps in to cover your vision, Jessica's words echo in your're mind....reminding something..."blood...."

~FLASHBACK~

(the time when you and the guys were trapped by Ashley and Kevin)

"Listen here, you ungrateful little witch! you're nothing without us! do you know what gave you that power?! your family! your blood!" said Ashley "and that same blood can take it away!!!" added Ashley  "by blood a bond was forged, by blood let it be broken..." said Ashley. 

~END OF FLASHBACK~

You look at the rune "this must be related..." I said, you look at Jessica and say the words.... "by blood a bond was forged, by blood let it be broken.." I said, Jessica suddenly cries out, as if in pain. you look up and see her staring at you, eyes wide.  "what are you..." said Jessica. you take a deep breath, Ashley's words in your mind. "by ancient trees, by earth and stone.." I said "by flame and shadow...uh...." I said. you falter as realization hits you...Ashley never got to finish the incantation. YOU DON'T KNOW HOW IT ENDS!!!.  "WHAT'S THE MATTER!! CAN'T REMEMBER THE WORDS!?!" asked Jessica, you hold the rune tightly, it glows in you're end. Jessica hurls your grandpa away, surging towards you! , but before she can reach you "l-let the covenant be ended!" the words came out of your mouth.

Jessica stops short, gasping as if the wind has been knocked from her chest. she stares at her hands in horror as they start to blur at the edges. "no...." said Jessica, she turns to you, her face a mask of terror. "y/n?" said Jessica. you close your eyes, summoning the last of your strength....and you feel the power. it thrums in the walls all around you, it pulses deep in the earth like a heartbeat, and it warps around Jessica like bands of fire.

You reach out with your mind, seizing the bands of power that surround her.....ad you tear them apart "let the covenant be ENDED!" you said "NO! you can't! you.." said Jessica. before your eyes, Jessica's body begins to fray, bleeding wisps of glowing mist. with a howl of rage, she lunges towards you! "NNNNNNOOOOOOO!" screamed Jessica, but as she streaks towards you...Jessica's body tears apart leaving behind nothing but mist floating over the water and a distant, echoing scream. "it's.....done..." you said, you drag yourself toward your grandpa. nearby you hear chad stir "what....where did she...oh my god.." said Chad. 

Chad splashes into the kitchen, rooting through cabinets until he finds a stack of dry dish towels. "take this! we've gotta stop the bleeding!....gotta get help...oh, god I need a phone..oh! there's one in grandpa's room!" said Chad. You take the towels as chad runs to the next room. you examine the spike buried deep in grandpa's chest. you gently wrap one of the towels around the spike, trying to stem the flow of blood without jostling it "at least that's doing something" you said to yourself. grandpa groans, turning to stare at you with bleary eyes "hey, kid..." said grandpa "hey, grandpa" I said. grandpa looks down at the spike protruding from his chest and winces, hurriedly looking away. "hell, it looks like it's gonna leave...a mark" said grandpa  "hang on grandpa, chad's calling for help right now. just stay with me" I said. he smiles weakly reaching out to squeeze your hand. "I'm not going anywhere, promise" said grandpa "good..." I said
