Time Skip: Overhaul returns

(A note from the previous chapter; I do not canonly ship Dabi and Compress.. because I don't see it. I don't mind the ship if it exists. But I only used it for my own plot. Not a ship. Also Compress isn't a potential interest for you, you just enjoy teasing him. Only Hawks is. And as I said before, you end with Dabi, as he's your main lover. Also, in this story Toshinori hasn't lost one for all yet because the injury happened more recently in my timeline, meaning he has more time as All Might. Also the big fight against All for One doesn't happen, because Katsuki was never kidnapped, and the hideout was never raided, so AFO is still in the shadows mainly leaving things to you and Shigaraki. The summer ended, but you got a chance to go to where Hisashi told you to with Izuku before it did. Hawks gave you permission to continue your hero work over there so you wouldn't have to take time off. Izuku had also went to America with All Might, but you didn't care to tag along. He got his provisional license after break, and even though Nighteye died, he still joined the agency under Mirio. UA has dorms now, but you're not obligated to live in them since you're a pro and live with Hawks. Izuku lives there, on the other hand. You've bonded with Tokoyami through his internship at Hawk's agency.
Second semester started. Both you and Mirio were part of an investigation that involved the Shie Hassakai. Izuku brings it to your attention that a young girl seems to be in there possession, as well as being abused. A lot of investigating and preparing was done, until today, a team of pro heroes and interns are preparing to break into where it is believed they are hiding.

You're the first to find Overhaul, Hawks not far behind.
"We meet again, Midoriya." He says, preparing to face off against you. You see the young girl that was previously spoken of, and call for Mirio and Izuku.
"I've got him, you go help the others." You tell Hawks. "Save the girl." You commanded Izuku had Mirio when they arrived. Hawks went to help the other heroes, as Izuku tried to get Eri, leaving Mirio and you against Kai. He walks over to you, analyzing. He had figured out you were Hades from when he heard about Hades having claws, and remembering you stabbed him with claws, as well as work with the League.

"Nice disguise-" was what he was about to say if Mirio didn't punch him in the jaw. He was about to grab Mirio and activate his quirk, but he phased through him.
"Mirio, his quirk requires physical contact, so phasing will be something you have to do often." You warn, as Overhaul was about to attack Mirio, but instead turned to you.

"That's not all I can do!" He says, making spikes rise from the ground, that you both barely dodged. You blast towards him with your jets, preparing to hand him a fiery fist. Mirio makes sure he can't focus on your attack by repeatedly phasing and punching, slowly losing his breath. When you do punch overhaul, he stumbled back, but sent spikes Mirio's way, that you pushed him out of. After you both recovered, Overhaul turned to you.
"If you keep holding back, you'll die. Show me more of what you did last time!" He yelled, more spikes rising. You grabbed Mirio, and flew him above them.

"What is he talking about, Y/N? You met him before?"

"Yeah.. I'll tell you about it later."

"I'll be expecting a full story."

"No time for chit chat, watch out!" You yelled, hearing a gun go off. It hit Mirio right in his side.

"Shit. Are you okay?" You say, flying away with him.

"Yes, I can still fight!" You land by Izuku and the girl.

"Are you having difficulty?" You ask your brother. He nodded and she looks at you with her big red eyes.

"You guys.. stop trying to help me and save yourself.." she whined. You kneeled in front of her, putting your hand on her head.

"She won't go.." he said, head down.
