-Bakugou's POV-

I slowly woke up, pain searing through my body as I tried to move. I ended up whimpering at the pain before a weight on the bed made it dip. The person on the bed pet my cheek softly making the pain die down. I relaxed into their touch as they stroked my cheek. I finally opened my eyes, looking up at Ei, sitting right next to me, tears in his eyes.

"Ei, what's wrong?" I asked, my voice like gravel from the water.

"I marked you, I didn't want to lose you. I should've waited till you were ready." he said softly, the tears finally falling.

"Hey, it's fine. I was gonna ask if you would accept me this morning before you ran off." I chuckled, coughing afterwards.

"I'm sorry, you got hurt again because of me." he choked out, still crying.

"Come here Ei, lay down." I instructed gently, him following the orders slowly.

I gently hugged him close and played with his hair as I kissed his forehead. I held his head into my chest so he could hear my heartbeat and breathing. He cried into my shoulder as I held him in place, gently rubbing his back and arms while he let it all out. His arms wrapped around my waist and pulled me impossibly closer to him, and I let him seeing as he needed me at this moment.

"I'm ok Ei, see. I'm right here with you." I whispered softly to him, feeling him tighten his grip.

After what seemed like hours he finally calmed down, not that I'd complain I loved cuddling him. He went into the bathroom to wash his face as I slowly got up and winced at the pain in my back. I slowly made my way over to the standing mirror by the closet and turned while holding my shirt up. There was a long dark bruise with small cuts along my back, going from my hip to my other shoulder.

I poked at it, hissing slightly at the wave of pain that almost brought me to the floor. I turned and saw Ei staring at me, a look of horror on his face. I yanked my shirt back down, whimpering slightly, and walked over to him. I carefully wrapped my arms around him and he tensed, carefully he rested his hands on my waist. I looked up at him, and nuzzled into his neck gently.

"Come on dumbass, let's go get something to eat." I said, pulling away slightly.

"Ok Kat." he responded, picking me up and holding under my thighs.

We walked down the hall to the kitchen, Ei never once putting me down. Once we got to the living room the questioning began. I grumbled and whined slightly, feeling a little overwhelmed by all the people around me. I could feel Kirishima pull me closer to him, enjoying the warmth of his comforting chest.

"Kacchan! Are you ok?" the nerd asked, putting a hand on my back bringing a sharp pain that stole my breath.

"Izuku, kindly remove your hand from Katsuki's back." Ei said through clenched teeth.

"What happened? Is he ok?" the nerd asked again, though removing his hand.

"He fell into the water and got slammed into an underwater post." Ei stated, sounding very upset about it.

"He what! Bakugou let us see." Pikachu yelled, grabbing the hem of my shirt.

Before I could say anything, my shirt was yanked up once again hitting the bruise as the room went silent. I quietly cried into Ei's chest, the pain finally hitting full force. Ei pulled me closer before heading to the kitchen. He set me on the counter, kissing my forehead before walking off to make food.

Me being me, I hopped down and took the stuff away from him. He made a sound of displeasure, but I didn't want food poisoning so I continued cooking. While making food there was a hand that grazed over the mark on my neck making me squirm slightly. I turned to see Peppermint right in front of me, he was staring at my neck making me slightly uncomfortable. Ei was just off to the side, talking with Dunce face while facing away from me.
