Behind the streams

"Thank you all for coming to my stream! BYEE! BYE! BYE!" George waved his hands aggressively in the air, flashing a smile at the camera before hitting the host button. He closed out of all his tabs, sighing after the 3 hour stream of beating Minecraft. George stretched for a quick minute before his friends spammed his chat on discord, asking to join back in the call.

He shook his head softly with a small grin, slowly reaching for his mouse, hesitant at first but joined back.

"GEORGE!" Dream shouted, a laugh following after. He seemed to be close to the mic, slightly hurting George's ears but he was used to the loud screams his friends always made. "George lets watch a show together."

"AYE! AYE! We're still here mate," Quackity, the only other male in the call that would talk, mocking George's accent. Karl and Sapnap both chuckled then hopped in another call with each other which no male questioned.

"Was that all you wanted?" George giggled quietly. He loved his friends company and was bored without them. Usually he wouldn't spend a day without getting some random text or call from them, and he liked it that way.

"Dream! You removed Quackity." George shook out of his happy thoughts and looked back at the call, Dream laughing at the sentence. "I just wanted it to be us George.." Dream teased him. This is normal, and George hated to admit it but he liked it. Of course he didn't like Dream, but he liked the teasing. The teasing.

"Dream- I'm leaving." George paused for a second letting out a breathy sigh.

"George?"

"Dream?"

"I love you George."

"You're so annoying Dream.." It was easy to make out that George was smiling. George began to process how no matter what, Dream would always say 'I love you' whenever one of them was leaving. George left the call, a wide smile on his face before he closed his eyes and imagined Dream's face. He opened his eyes before getting up and shuffling over to his bed.

Dream was in a call all alone, Karl and Sapnap still in a call together but he didn't feel like bothering them. He wanted to stay in hoping for George to come back. Dream loved all his friends platonically, but he loved to talk to George. He loved to talk to George more than anyone, he felt comfort and could be himself around George. Even though sometimes he would act like he would around everyone else, he loved George's company more than anything.

When they first met, George wasn't exactly all happy. Dream met George shortly after he met Sapnap. He remembers every detail. George had so many problems, he would never open up, he was almost scared to show his emotions. Dream reminded him everyday that he was loved because of this, and he never forced him to say it back. Only minor jokes but never ones that he felt like made George uncomfortable.

Although this wasn't true he knew a majority of fans liked them together, which was the only reason he teased him. Maybe- maybe because he liked it too.

The sun was setting slowly, it was getting cooler as it settled just above the trees for a while. Dream looked at his phone, it read 9:34 pm. He didn't feel like going to bed but felt that was the only thing he could do. He suddenly heard the doorbell ring, running downstairs to get it. Sapnap peeked out of his room and once he saw Dream got the door he walked back in and closed his door.

"Hello?" Dream opened the door with a frown, not a bad one but one with confusion. A man slightly shorter than Dream was standing at the doorway. Black hair, a plain red short sleeve shirt with black ripped jeans.
