You held him in your arms sobbing as the rain poured on you both. You looked over at the villain he'd just defeated and then back at him.
You cupped your hand on his face, rubbing it softly with your thumb.
"You're okay.. you.. you did it.. you won Izu-.. please j-just get up you're-you're okay" you whispered as your voice cracked.
"Y/N.."
"N-no no no listen to me okay? D-don't talk.. s-save your breath okay? J-just hold on, help is coming.." you said as you looked into his eyes, that were slowly closing.
"I love you Y/n"
He told you, as he put his hand on yours, bringing your hand down from his cheek. You shook your head looking down at him.
He had a small smile on his face, then his grip loosened. Your eyes widened as you felt his body get heavier.
"Izuku?"
You said looking at him. You lauded him down and started shaking him.
"IZUKU GET UP GET UP!!"
You heard an ambulance come from behind you but you kept shaking him. Your tears mixed with the rain and you sat there.
"Hey.. Deku what the hell are you doing?" You heard Katsuki saying, coming from behind you.
He ran over looking down at the two of you. You were sobbing holding onto Izuku and Katsuki finally understood.
"G-get up you damn nerd.." Katsuki said as he kneeled down next to him. "I KNOW YOU HEAR ME!!"
Katsuki's eyes watered up as he stared at Izuku's lifeless body.
Izuku won the fight. He won. But at what cost?
