Today is Sunday, I am just seated beside the pool, dipping my feet in the water. I am bored to death because I have nothing to do.
Actually, I have. But I don't have the will to do anything today. I feel like I am so lazy today.
"Helloooooo, Shanice!" my eyes widened when I heard Lauren's voice. She's walking towards my direction, wearing a navy blue tank top, jeans, black sleeveless cardigan and a pair of black dwarf boots. Lumapit siya sa akin, nakangiti. Tinanggal niya muna ang sunglasses niya bago humalik sa pisngi ko. "Oh, are you too surprised seeing me here?" she asked, napangiti naman ako at umiling.
"I am indeed surprised," I said and looked behind her. Pero siya lang ang nandito,
"Alam kong bored ka today, kaya aayain kita sa bahay." She smirked, napaayos naman ako ng upo.
"Huh? Why? Anong meron?" I asked,
"Wedding anniversary nila Mama at Papa, June 14. Inimbitahan ko na rin yung iba." She smirked, "Pati si Aizren," she wiggled her brows kaya natawa ako.
"I'll go with you." I said, napangiti naman siya at tumayo. "Buti na lang, kahapon pa ako walang magawa rito, eh." I stood up as well.
"Oo, I know. Sira pa yung phone mo." She clings in my arm while we are headed inside. "Alam mo ba, concert ng favorite band ko sa Saturday, kaso wala akong makasama."
"Huh? Which band?" I asked,
"Leviticus! Sikat na sikat sila rito sa Pilipinas. Tapos ang gwapo pa ng mga members, OMG!" she said, "Actually, crush ko yung isa doon. Si Donny, yung bass guitarist. Grabe, ang hot!" napahawak siya sa pisngi na parang kinikilig.
"Oh, I heard it from Amy before." I said,
"Ayy, oo! Levit8 nga rin pala si Ameerieh!" she nodded,
"Levit8?"
"Ah, yun yung name ng fandom. Since August 8 sila nag-debut at 8 din ang members." she explained,
"Oh, that is so cool." I said,
"So ano? G ka?" she asked, I smiled and nodded. "Yay!" napapalakpak na lang siya.
"Wait, marami bang tao sa inyo?" I asked,
"Tayo-tayo lang, then ilang constituents ni Momma." She answered, "By the way, simpleng party lang kaya dress comfortably."
Napatingin naman ako kay Shaun na nakasalubong namin. His perfume scent is lingering in my nose again. At ang porma niya rin sa suot na dark button down polo, khaki shorts and sneakers. Naka-style din ang buhok niya.
"And where are you going?" I asked, napatingin naman siya sa akin. Pinaningkitan ko siya ng mata, bahagya namang nanlaki yung kanya pero agad din namang nag-seryoso.
"To my friends," he answered while brushing his hair to fix some strands of it.
"Stop it, wala kang friends talaga." I said,
"I am not a loner like you," napairap na lang ako dahil doon.
"May pupuntahan ka pala?" Lauren said, napatingin naman si Shaun sa kanya.
"Yup," walang ganang sagot ni Shaun.
"Sayang, iimbitahin pa naman sana kita sa bahay."
"Tsh!" Shaun hissed, "Anong meron?"
I slowly exited and left them alone together.
