Chapter 5

You were walking to the store with team and Kiyoshi was talking with Kuroo about their game so you were walking beside Kenma and to your surprise you were getting along with Kenma very well.
As expected from Kenma he was talking about games which you didn't mind because you were equally interested in gaming.

On reaching the shop Kuroo and Yamamoto went into the shop to buy while you all waited outside. You and Kenma were deeply engaged in a conversation about Minecraft while Kuroo came and handed you the (Favorite Snack) "Thank you Kuroo-san" he gave you a warming smile and to your surprise he sat beside you "Ok Y/n it's nothing clam down" you thought while your heart started to pound like crazy.

"Say L/n you went to Karasuno didn't you?" Kuroo asked to strike up a conversation "Oh yeah I went there for 1 year then had to shift because of my dad's job" You said softly "Do you know we are having a practice match with them soon?" Kuroo raised "That's the reason I accepted Yoshi's offer" You thought , "Yeah I know and I'm kinda excited because my some friends are in the volleyball team so I want to meet them" You gave a small smile looking at the sky.

After eating you all spilt up to go home
"So did you have a proper conversation?" Kiyoshi asked "Yeah a short one but I think it was much better than the one at the gym" You answered while playing with a pebble on the road "You call that a conversation back at the gym? Kiyoshi laughed "Shut up meanie don't embarrass me more than I already am"
You gave him a glare to which he just laughed "And yeah I saw you got along with Kenma well that's surprising" Kiyoshi raised an eyebrow. "Hmm I think that happens when two socially awkward person with same interest meets" you said as both of you giggled.

Kuroo's Pov:-

"You got along with L/n really well even though it's the first time you met her" Kuroo said to him pudding head friend.
"Y/n is also interested in games" Kenma answered without looking up from his controller", "So that's the reason. I see" Kuroo nodded "What about you? You looked like talking with her for the first time even though she's in your class" Kenma now asked his friend "Well she's like you I think introverted. She doesn't talk with anyone in the class much except one girl." Kuroo sighed.

"I'm really excited" You said to Kiyoshi.
"Ya I know now shut up N/n" Kiyoshi yawned "No fair" You pouted.

"City Boy" a male voice caused to turn your head as you exited  the bus. You saw a blad haired boy saying that to Yamamoto "Stop it Tanaka it's makes you look stupid" You heard the familiar voice and saw Sugawara. "Sugaaaa!" you yelled in excitement and rushed to hug him "Y/n! It's so nice to meet you" Suga said as he hugged you back "Are you the manager of Nekoma now? Was this the surprise you were talking about?" Suga asked "Yes but I'm their temporary manager" You giggled then suddenly saw Asahi and Kiyoko "Asahi, Kiyoko!" you looked at them "Y/n!" they both said in unison and came to hug you "It's being so long" Asahi said as he released you from the hug "I know right?I'm so happy to see you all" You said and your team was surprised to see you so loud.

"You know I thought L/n-san was as quite as Kenma" Yamamoto said to Yaku. "Me too but I think she's really close to them that's why" Yaku responded. After that you all went to GYM for the match. "Y/n!" You heard Daichi and turned your head "Oh Daichi!How have you been?" you hugged him "I'm good .I see you became Manager" he said "Actually temporary manager I'm just helping out my friend a bit" You smiled.

Little did you knew that your Team's Captain was watching this interaction of yours carefully. "Wow she's looks good when she's all talkative" Kuroo thought as he stared at you. "Stop staring Kuroo" his childhood friend said. "I'm not Kenma. It's just L/n is so talkative with Karasuno while she just keeps quite when with us" Kuroo said still staring at you "She's just not comfortable with new people and why are you so bothered anyways?" Kenma said while Kuroo just stayed silent which made the pudding head sigh and walk away.
