Four Aporia

"Look what the cat brought in." A lady came walking in with a red dress and the soldiers saluted her, "The name is Bianca, leader of the Toxin Empire, how do you do?" she lifted her head up and smirked at the boys. She was a beautiful woman with dark features. They realized they were in the main room of the building where the three gems were being held. There was a spot missing from where Rune stole the gem.
"Let us go and let our city go," Rune said he was gritting his teeth together. He was worried for his friends.
"No no no, you have something that is mine, the gem, hand it back and I'll consider letting you boys go." Bianca crossed her arms glancing over at the missing gem hole. She gave Rune a smile and licked her teeth.
"We are not going to give you anything," Helios said and spit on her clean shoes. Bianca's smile turned into a frown. She lifted her arm and snapped her fingers. A soldier shot a laser at Calio, shooting him in the arm. Calio fell over onto the ground wincing from the burning pain. Rune's body started to heat up. Ezekiel looked over at him.
"Don't do anything man" Ezekiel whispered over to Rune. Ezekiel's eyes started to water and he was chewing on his lip. Rune clenched his jaw, but seeing someone that he loves in pain was making it worse for him to stay quiet.
"Anyways, If you intruders don't give me back my precious gem. I'll just have to kill the small one. Then maybe you'll listen." Bianca prompted her foot on top of Calio who was bleeding all over the floor. "It's sad isn't it?"
"Get your foot off of him now." Rune's eyes were starting to turn red. Bianca laughed at him.
"You should talk a little nicer to me, since your friends' lives are in my hands." Bianca walked over to Rune and kicked in the face causing him to fall onto the floor. Bianca pointed and laughed. She found people below her in pain amusing. Rune's anger rushed through his whole body. His eyes became a brighter red, the ruby gem in his pocket glowed bright as well. Helios could not believe what he was seeing. Rune broke through the ropes that were containing him and pushed Bianca onto the floor. Rune ran to Ezekiel first knowing his strength could hold down Bianca. The soldiers started to shoot at Rune but found the lasers were indestructible towards him. Rune ripped Helios's rope. Helios grabbed a broken pipe from his bag and swung it at the bots. The final person to help was Calio, Rune ran to him and carefully untied him. Rune ripped a piece of his shirt to tie around Calio's wound hoping it would stop the blood from leaking so much. He laid Calio against a nearby wall. Rune cupped his cheek.
"I'll come back for you." His last mission was to steal back all the gems. Thankfully they were all in front of him.
He pushed through all the bots with his new power. The gems were on a pedestal and he grabbed the last two. Immediately he felt more power running through him. With every step he took the ground around him cracked. Rune deactivated the Soldiers, turning them into scrap metal on the floor.
"No stop!" Bianca cried out to Rune from under Ezekiel who was sitting on her. Her whole body was wrinkling like she was aging in seconds. Bianca's lifeless body was now shriveled up like a dried raisin.
Ezekiel got up, "ew." His whole body shuttered in disgust. "Never sitting on an old lady again." Helios walked over to Ezekiel and gave him a high five.
Rune went outside and pointed his hands up at the red sky, with all the anger he had in him he was able to release the Aporia of the red ruby curse that Bianca put on it. After releasing the curse, his eyes went back to their normal black color. The grass around him was finally green and the flowers in the trees were finally blooming. The people of Aporia came out of their hiding and cheered for whoever released them of the dreadful curse. Calio came out of the building looking for Rune. His arm was healed after the reverse of the curse.
Calio gave Rune a hug and kissed his lips shyly. Rune returned the kiss while placing his hand on his cheek, "You did it Rune."
"No, we did it, we four did it." Rune looked up and smiled at Helios and Ezekiel who were joining in their hug. The group was able to save their city, Aporia.
