Nobody's POV:

It was a regular Thursday night, or so everyone thought. Out of the blue, yelling can be heard outside of Kinoko Kingdom.

"Why is it so hard for you, Karl?!"
Sapnap shouted. "I mean, how can you forget about your other FIANCE?!"

"You don't understand-"

"Don't understand what?! What don't I understand Karl?!" Sapnap cut him off.

Tears rolling down both their faces.

"I can't tell you Sapnap!" Karl said, also raising his voice.

Karl started putting on a jacket and walking outside.

"Where do you think you're going?!" Sapnap called out.

Karl didn't respond. He didn't know where he was going either, but wherever it was it was better than here.

Karl's POV:

I was walking out of my house after the fight with Sapnap. I don't know exactly why I left. To clear my head? Maybe. I found myself walking t'word the Kinoko Library.

"Maybe one more time wouldn't hurt.. right?" I said to myself.

I stepped inside the library and grabbed an empty book from one of the bookshelfs, then decended down a trapdoor.
I put the book in a chest then turned around to face a portal.

"Here we go..again" I said, talking to myself.

I took a deep breath and stepped into the portal.

Sapnap's POV:

I felt really bad after the fight with Karl. I peeked out the window to see him walking to the Kinoko Library. I decided to follow him this time. I put on a jacket and walked to the library, being as silent as possible.
I saw him open a trapdoor from underneath a rug and jump down. A few seconds later bright lights came flushing out. Neon greens, purples, pinks, blue, almost any color you could imagine.

"What the hell is happening in there?" I whispered to myself.

All the colors faded into pure white a few moments afterwards.
I decided to look down the trapdoor and Karl was gone. I jumped down the trapdoor to see what went on. I landed in a room with a bright green and purple carpet with Karl's hoodie design on it, chests spaced out with posters directly above them.

"The Haunted Mansion? Lost City of Mizu? The Masqurade? The Pit? The Wild West?" I read the posters aloud.
"Wait, what even are all of these?"

There were dates on two of the posters. The Masqurade and The Wild west said '1857'

"That was like, 163 years ago?!" I said, suprised.

I then noticed, Karl's face was on every single poster. I was just now connecting the dots.

"It all makes sense now.."
