Third Person POV

Sorn opened the door to see Miyeon all cuddled up with an still unconscious Minnie on the hospital bed. The nurses have clearly said for her not to do that but does Miyeon listen? No. Sorn shook her head as she looked down to an 11 year old Dahlia and a five year old Taehyung who was holding his older sister hand

"Babe can you help me lay her on the coach over there" Sorn said to Seunghee who just came in and was carrying some bags of food. Seunghee nodded.

Dahlia and Taehyung sat on the chairs that are next to the wall as Sorn and Seunghee walked towards Miyeon

"Hope this time we are successful" Sorn said as she thankfully managed sit Miyeon up but of course as always Miyeon wakes up

Miyeon shoved Sorn away and cling onto Minnies body

"Miyeon let go of her it's~"

"No she is cold" Miyeon said as she covered Minnie with the blanket that they are now both under and cuddled with Minnie

"Miyeon" Seunghee started

"The doctor talked to us and said that she might not wake up this time. She is not as strong anymore" Sorn finished

"She will wake up. She is my strong baby that always looked after us and always showed me how much she loves me" Miyeon said

"Mommy" Taehyung called out but it seemed that Miyeon is deaf

Miyeon doesn't pay any attention to her kids. Basically Taehyung grew up with Sorn and Seunghee but they both made sure that Taehyung always remember/ acknowledge that Miyeon is his mother. At this point Dahlia got used to Miyeon not caring about them anymore. She would be the same as Miyeon if she ever saw her loved one in a hospital bed

"We brought you food please eat" Sorn said. She made a promise to Minnie to look after Miyeon no matter what . Sorn knew that one day Minnie would make the mistake to fight with Miyeon and go to a bar where all the enemy gangs go so that they would beat her up for her mistakes in the past with them

Minnie lied when she said she had crushed her skull with the wall and tv. She had gone out and went to a bar where all those other gangs go and they took advantage of Minnies drunk state and beat the living hell out of her. Minnie was left in a horrible state but she managed to go home and keep drinking her sorrows away ignoring all the pain from her parted in half skull

"No, if she doesn't eat I won't either" Miyeon said as she buried her head on Minnies cold neck

"Miyeon please, Minnie wouldn't want you to skip your meals" Seunghee said. Which made Miyeon slowly sit up. Saying Minnies name is the key word as always

"I will be back" She said to Minnie as she captured Minnies cracked and cold lips in tender kiss

She got up and walked to the table. That's when she finally noticed her kids after what 4 years

"Hi Dahlia, Taehyung" She greeted as she gave them both a hug. She suddenly broke down seeing there lonely eyes. She always does that when she lets go of Minnie for a second and sees them. Sometimes it's like she forgot she was a mother

"Get up mom" Dahlia said as she helped her broken mother up. Even though Miyeon may not be much of a mother to her anymore she will never forget that she once was acted like her mother

While Taehyung doesn't really know his own mother. For him it's like Sorn were to be his mother

Even though for his first year of life he was everything for Miyeon since Sorn prohibited Miyeon to visit Minnie since she knew this would happen. But the day Sorn allowed her to see Minnie that was the last day that the Miyeon they once knew vanished into thin air and a broken Miyeon was born

At this point everyone knows that Miyeon is not okay. But Miyeon rejects all type of help since she says that Minnie opening her eyes would be her therapy. Which didn't make much sense to many

Miyeon wiped all her tears away walking away from her kids who she will probably forget that exist as soon as she goes back to Minnie. She quickly ate

She finished eating and made her way back to Minnie.

She went under the covers and cuddled with Minnies cold body. She misses Minnies cute whining, her hugs, her kisses, her eyes, and most important her smooth voice that would brighten her day every morning

She knows that she is not okay but she prefers it that way so that she wouldn't commit the same mistake as last time of falling for someone else and even trying to forget her one and only love. Plus, she will never accept the fact that maybe Minnie might not wake up this time

She closed her eyes and laid her head on Minnies boned shoulder since to be honest the only thing left of her shoulder is bones. Minnie has lost weight and so has Miyeon

"I love you my Kim Minnie, my sunshine, my love, my world, my one and only lover, my heart taker, M-My missing piece" Miyeon said as she kissed Minnies cheek repeatedly as a tear fell down her brown broken and sadness filled eyes

Sorn knew that there will not be able to move Miyeon again

"Let's go, we will come back tomorrow, hopefully we will be able to take her home tomorrow for a second" Sorn said making both kids get up. Taehyung headed to Sorn as Dahlia headed to Miyeon

She kissed the back of Miyeons head. Miyeon was sound asleep

"Love you mom" She said

She placed her hand on Minnies cold cheek

"Love you daddy" She said as she quickly walked away before the tears could fall down her eyes

"Goodnight to you both" Sorn said as she shut off the light and closed the door

"Hopefully thing will be better tomorrow" Seunghee said as she picked a sleepy Taehyung up

"Hopefully" Sorn said as she looked at the room for one last time and headed off holding Seunghees hand

The exited the hospital doors to be met with the dark parking lot

Dahlia looked up at the sky. She swore that the stars formed a smiley face that made her smile

"Please, both of you come back to us, please" Dahlia said as she still looked up at the sky with a smile on her face

"I love you" She said as she closed her eyes letting all the tears fall

Sorn quickly hugged her

"Come on" Sorn said as she led her to the car

She looked at the hospital for one last time

"See you tomorrow" She said as Sorn now drove off

The building slowly disappearing from her view

She closed her eyes and dreamed with the beautiful angels
