The next morning Marc and Marielle part, he tells her, he must wrap things up at home and he'll be back to college as soon as he's done. Marielle heads back to her dorm, Alisa is in bed with her new girlfriend, she sees the ring on Marielle's finger, she asks her girlfriend to leave, the girl doesn't know why, but as soon as she leaves, she questions Marielle on her ring. Marielle tells her to stop being jealous and focus on her studies and her new girlfriend. Alisa thinks she is being cold towards her, but she's not, she's just not in love with her, not in the way she wants. Iris isn't thrilled in the marriage either, it's simply because she'll be torn between two covens. Marielle swears to Iris that her coven will come first, but Iris tells her that there might be another way, that if their coven and Marcs family's amalgamate, they'll become stronger. Iris tells Marielle that she'll put the suggestion to Marcs family. They tell Iris that they'll have a sit down and discuss it.

In her dorm Alisa is constantly having sex, to the point she asks on campus to get a separate room. At least she and Marc will have some privacy. They find her an empty room, it's a single but it's bigger than the room she shared with Alisa. Marc finally comes back to college with good news, that once they're married that both covens will become one. It's the first time in the history of the Salem witches that two covens join as one. It's a reason to celebrate. Marielle and Marc make the room theirs, they buy new furniture, a tv and tables so they can have nice meals. Marc orders a meal, he opens her favourite Chardonnay, they eat the meal and relax on the couch. They put on a movie, they fall into each other's arms. Once the movie ends, Marc leads her to her bed, they make love for the entire night. Marc leaves early in the morning, he is an exercise freak, he runs at 5am, Marielle soon learns to get more time with Marc, they begin exercising together. This annoys Alisa very much, so casts a spell to try and break her and Marc up. Marc being in the craft a lot longer, notices the signs, he warns Marielle and she goes and gets the ingredients for a reversal spell. Marc makes sure that she can't cast a spell on them again. Marc informs Alisa's mom, she is furious with Alisa. Alisa is called home and reprimanded by her entire coven. They warn to keep away from Marielle. This breaks Marielle's heart, Alisa is her best friend, she wants her in her life. So, Marielle asks to speak to Alisa, begging her to stop putting spells on her and they can still be friends. Alisa begins crying, telling Marielle how sorry she is, that she is just in love with her and she never thought that would ever happen to her. Alisa confesses that she does love her girlfriend but she isn't in love with her. That she would love for all four of them to get along. Marielle and Alisa sit down with her mom and Iris, Alisa signs an oath that she won't cause problems between Marielle and Marc again. Alisa's mom tells her she doesn't believe she's gay either, that she had relationships with women at college. Alisa tells her mom, that I may not be, but I'm happy, her mom tells her that's all she wants. Alisa, Marc and Marielle head back to college, they spend more time together, they practice their spells, they make up new ones, they become family. Alisa has fallen in love with a new girl called Lydia, she too is a witch, not a magical witch like the trio but a practitioner just the same. Soon she gets powers, not born powers, but gifts of magic given to her by the spells she created. Marielle and Marc believe that Lydia looks exactly like Marielle, but they let it go. Alisa and Lydia are happy, they plan a hand fasting once college is over. Marielle feels Alisa is mimicking her life in someways, the oath that Alisa signed stops her from spells, not mimicking her life. Marielle doesn't care as long as she's leaving her and Marc alone. Alisa tries one last time to seduce Marielle. Alisa invites Marielle over to pick up the rest of her things, it was just a ruse to get her there. Lydia was at home, her grandmother was sick and it was believed she wouldn't make it past the weekend, but since her family were unaware of her sexuality she went alone. Alisa has Marielle's stuff ready on the table, but as soon as Marielle gets there, she picks up the one of the boxes and goes to put the box in her car, she comes back for the second and Alisa has poured two glasses of wine. Alisa convinces her to have a drink with her before she leaves, she tells her of her girlfriends plight and of course Marielle feels a little sad and decides to stay and have one or two glasses of wine with her, what was the harm in that she thought? They sit at the table and Alisa begins to cry and say sorry for all the trouble she has caused her, Marielle puts her arms around Alisa and Alisa tries to kiss her, but Marielle pushes her away, telling her that she is just comforting her, not trying to go back to the beginning. Then Alisa says, "it was you that gave me the sexual awakening, it's you I can't live without." Marielle tells her that it was great while it lasted but, she's with Marc, their relationship is solid and that their relationship was a mistake. Marielle puts down the glass, she tries to leave and Marielle stops her, touching her in ways that she knows turns her on. Marielle throws her to the other side of the room, telling her, if she breaks the oath, she'll be cursed. Alisa freaks and tells her to get out. Marielle tells her she feels sorry for her girlfriend, a girl that thinks she's in a good relationship, when her girlfriend can't get sexual dalliances out of her head, Marielle threatens to tell Lydia, Alisa tells her she doesn't care. Marielle tells Marc what happened, so he concocted a plan, he entered Alisa's dream, he tortured her with nightmares of Lydia dying in a car crash. Alisa wakes up and calls Lydia immediately. The first time in their relationship that she showed one iota of care towards her.
