You woke up at around 8:50a.m to your parents screaming your name and your dog Henry barking. As confused as you were you still wanted to know what was wrong so you picked up your cat off your bed and got up to go downstairs. Once you got to the kitchen everyone looked at you with smiles and beaming eyes, your mom gave you your favorite beverage pre-made. you took a sip of your drink as your dad handed you a letter from 'Hogwarts school of Witchcraft and Wizardry'. you spit out your drink and screamed out of excitement. Both of your parents went to this school, so you had high hopes that you would be able to go as well, you still had a backup plan though just in case your main plan went south. You slowly opened the letter and pulled out the first page that said:
Dear Y/N, M, L/N,
We are pleased to Inform you that you have been accepted at Hogwarts school of Witchcraft and Wizardry.
Please find enclosed a list of all the necessary books and equipment. Term begins on June 10th. We await your owl by no later than June 1st.

Your mom then grabbed the letter and read it, she started to cry out of excitement. your Dad then read it and hugged you and said, "we are so so so proud of you Y/N!". Your mom then pitched in and said, "June 10th is in 2 weeks Y/N!! That is so close!". you nodded your head in agreement and then pulled out the other paper and read it out loud:

*One plain pointed hat (Black) for day wear
*One pair of protective gloves (Dragon hide or similar)

You looked up at your parents and smiled. Your mom then said, "Y/N, go back to bed! Your Dad and I will make you Breakfast in Bed as a celebration. You don't have to do anything today". you said Thank you, Grabbed your drink and ran to you room and laid back in bed. You turned on your T.V and started watching a show for a little bit. After 20 minutes of waiting your mom came up with Fruit, bacon, eggs, bread, and some water. you thanked her and started eating your early breakfast. After eating you tried to take a nap but couldn't stop thinking about what the school is going to be like so you decided to get some fresh air. You got your shoes on, grabbed your longboard and went to the gas station to grab some snacks. as you sat on a bench one of your friends saw you and sat next you, "Hey Y/N, what are you doing here all alone? You should've called me or something." "Sorry man I didn't bring my phone this time, I only got out for fresh air. But now that you are here how have you been? It's been a while." you said to him. "I've been ok. School is almost over. I have so many missing assignments though." He said with a growl. You laughed then said, "How about you go and grab an energy drink you look tired." He nodded his head, got up and walked over to the gas station to grab one. once he got back you guys talked for about an hour until you decided it would probably be smart to head home. So you both said your goodbyes and left in two different directions.
Knowing that the conversation you had with your friend Max just then would probably be the last for a while, at least you were able to have one before leaving. You got home and walked Into the kitchen and noticed that you got home just In time for Dinner so you greeted your parents, sat down at the Dinner table and started to enjoy the meal that your parents prepared. After Dinner you and your parents decided to watch a movie together, since it was a Tuesday you got to pick out the movie. you picked one, made popcorn and drinks, your Mom grabbed blankets and everyone cuddled up to watch the movie you picked.
