The Kids Go Missing

Prologue-Middle School Misery!

It was early in the morning. It was the first day of middle school and Hiroshi was lying on his bed, looking at one of his anime posters on the wall. Hiroshi kept staring at it and thought about what middle school would be like. Was it going to be a dream or a nightmare?

Minutes passed and Hiroshi finally got out of bed. He stretched and walked to his closet to find some "nice clothes" to wear. Instead he picked a black shirt and some ripped jeans, with one of his chain necklaces. Hiroshi changed and ran downstairs, almost tripping.

When he went downstairs, he saw his breakfast and a note right next to it. He picked up the note and opened it. It was from his dad, and it said "Hey kiddo, sorry, but I can't drive you to school today, so I decided that you can go on the bus. I know you're going to be mad at me but there was something on the news that myself and my fellow police mates had to check. It was about kids going missing at a local school. We don't know if it's true or not, we just want to make sure. Well, gotta go bye Hiroshi." Hiroshi was confused.

He put the note in one of his jean pockets and ate his breakfast, which wasn't as good as he thought it'll be. He ran to the bathroom, brushed his teeth, put his shoes on, grabbed his backpack, opened the door, and ran to the bus stop as fast as he could, "I'm gonna be late on my first day" he thought. When Hiroshi finally got to the bus stop, the bus was just arriving. He went in as casually as possible and was really surprised to see that there weren't as many kids as he expected.

Hiroshi went down the bus aisle until he found a seat that he liked; he then sat down with his black and white backpack. He was bored, so he looked out the window. There really wasn't that much to look at, just some dead trees and a couple of houses. Minutes passed, then the bus suddenly stopped and Hiroshi banged his head. They were at another bus stop.

Hiroshi wasn't surprised to see that there weren't that many kids there, just a couple. After a few minutes, that felt like hours, he finally arrived at school. It was so much bigger than his elementary school. As Hiroshi walked off the bus, All he could think about was the note his dad left him, were the kids going missing true or was it some type of prank??

Hiroshi didn't wanna think about it, he went inside of the school and there was a decent amount of kids there. He found his locker, put his things away, looked at his schedule to see that math was first. Grabbed his folder and went to class.

When he walked in, mostly everyone was in groups, there were some girls on the phone, boys laughing. As he was picking a desk some random boy came up to Hiroshi and said" Hey man, I'm Kui!!" At first Hiroshi was silent, then said"H-hey, I'm Hiro"--.

The teacher walked in and everyone started sitting down. She had brownish hair and had a white shirt with some jeans. Minutes past and they were doing some stuff. Some random boy with black hair suddenly rushes into the room and screams"H-HELP, M-my friend...HE"S GONE!!"

The teacher was angry, but also looked confused" how is he "gone"??" "We both went to the bathroom and he took a long time, so Hiroshi decided to check on him to see if he was okay, but he wasn't there and he didn't see him come out" said the kid, all scared and worried!! Hiroshi suddenly remembered the note, w-was it true??

Hiroshi tried to concentrate, but all he could think of was the kid that went missing. Class was over and he grabbed all his things and rushed out of the classroom. He went to my locker, grabbed his phone and texted his dad "Hey, um...do you mind picking me up early from school, there's something I really need to do!!"

Hiroshi waited a couple of minutes, no answer!! Hiroshi remembered he needed to go to science, so he put my phone away, grabbed my science folder and went to class. As He was walking, Hiroshi noticed something on the floor, a note. He grabbed it and opened it up. It was blank!!
