"Don't look now but he's staring at you" My best friend, Ashley, said looking over my shoulder at a coupe tables behind us. I looked back slightly to see my long term crush, Zachary, staring at me. It's not the first time I caught him staring at me.

"He's not looking at me. Why would he be looking a me?" I asked her "He's probably looking at someone over at the table next to us."

"No, he's not" she stated looking toward him.

"How do you know?" I asked her. She looked back over my shoulder at him. Its starting to annoy me.

"Because he's coming over here." she stated. I looked at her frightened, then looked behind me to see him heading over toward our table. When he seen I looked at and we made eye contact, he smiled at me. At least I think it was at me.

"No maybe he's going around our table." I stated hopeful. She looked at me like was crazy.

"he smiled at you. Of course he's coming over here. Plus you should be happy you've been crushing on him for years." she stated as he walked right passed us. I felt like crying, I told her he was going to pass us. This is what I get for hoping he would actually notice me.

"DJ, I'm sor..."

"Don't I knew, he wasn't going to notice me. He never has and he never will." I told her as I started to get up and walk out. My eyes started to water, but I couldn't cry. I've never cried at school before and I wont start now. I just wanted to get out of here unnoticed. But nothing goes my way, I bumped into someone. I looked up ready to apologize, but I couldn't. It was HIM. I couldn't say anything. I just couldn't, a tear rolled down my face as I looked at him.

"I'm so sorry, I didn't see you." He said. I just looked at him and started crying. I tried to walk away but he wouldn't let me.

"I'm sorry, I didn't mean to make you cry." I just looked at him and he wiped away my tears and I tried to walk away again. But yet again he didn't let me.

"You're not going anywhere until I know you're not crying anymore." he said to me, so I wiped my tears and held the rest in hoping he would let me go.

"It's not going to be that easy. Come sit with me." he told me, like I didn't have an option and I guess I didn't because he practically dragged me over to the table where him and his friend, peter, was sitting. He sat down first, all I did is stand there. Then he looked back at me, and took my hand and pulled me to sit next to him.

"I promise I don't bite" but I didn't look at him, I looked at Peter. "He doesn't bite either and even if he did I wouldn't let him bite you." he said playfully. But all I did was look at my hands. I don't talk to anyone but Ashley and my teachers when there aren't any other students around. I hope he doesn't expect me to talk. But save by the bell, the bell rung. I got up to walk to my class, he grabbed my hand and I spun around and just looked at him confused.

"Let me walk you to class." He didn't ask, he stated it so if I didn't have an option AGAIN. He ragged me along, then stopped and looked at me.

"I don't know what class you have, what class do you have?" I didn't know what to do, I don't normally talk to people.

"English" I whispered quietly, I'll be surprised if he heard me because of how quietly I said it.

"With who?" he asked

"Mr.McCarthy." I whispered again. He looked at me for a minute then nodded and looked away. He grabbed my wrist again and started walking again.

"You don't talk much, do you?" he asked, as we stopped outside Mr.McCarthy's class. I tried to pretend like I didn't hear him but he tightened his grip. It hurt but I pretended it didn't.

"I don't normally talk to anyone but my friend." I told him, hoping he would let me go. He loosened his grip but didn't let go

"Stay here when class ends, I'll come get you." He said waiting for my response. But all I did was nod, yes.

"Good now go" he said and watched me as I took my seat then walked to his class, I'm assuming. I really hope he doesn't come get me after class.
