*Amy's POV*

"I need a shower soon..."

"There's that stream we found. Knock yourself out, Ames."

"Sonic I'm not gonna bathe with just water. I need soap and shampoo. Besides, it'll feel weird being out in the open."

"Not like anyone is gonna see... or even be on the island for that matter..."

"True," I can't help but agree with Sonic.

It's been two days since we crash-landed on this island.

Tails was upgrading everyone's communicators when Eggman attacked. We left them behind. So when Sonic grabbed me and we ran out of the now exploded base... we realized Tails had not known where we were. 

'I'll get that Eggman for trying to hold me hostage!' I thought angrily.

Anyways, after we landed close to the deserted island's waters, Sonic and I clung to a piece of driftwood as I taught him to kick his feet to swim towards land.

We've been trying to get rescued ever since. Or at least survive on our own.

"Stay here Sonic. I'm gonna get some more fruit."

"Not like I have a choice," Sonic muttered. He was really mad about not being about to leave or find other people on this island. I decided to give him space for much of this time. 

I used that time to explore around the cave we decided to use as our shelter. We even made an S.O.S. message out of coconuts on the beach and added a fire next to it. We had many coconuts and other fruit trees around us, so food isn't a worry.

I summon my hammer to smack the tree with papayas. My current favorite fruit. 

'Maybe I can use some fruit as an added scent. I guess I'll try the papayas?' 

I decided to go on with my plan, mostly because I think Sonic needs some more alone time. It's getting late soon so I'll bathe now before the sun sets.

As I reached the stream I hesitantly looked around. Sonic said the island is really small so he would've seen people by now. 

'I should trust his words. Sides' I really need this bath.'

With that, I sighed and took off my dress and headband. My boots, socks, gloves, and bangles were at the cave. I didn't like the feeling of the sand stuck in my toes and fingers so it also felt weird to leave my bangles on too.

My headband was placed neatly on top of my dress and underwear.

I shivered as I dipped into the cold water with papaya in each hand. 

I mashed both of them together and applied them to my hair and used the leftover juices as a face cleanser. I then close my eyes, submerged myself into the water for a few seconds, before finally rising up and opening my eyes... and made eye contact with Sonic...

Not really how I pictured this moment.

I expected the first time he'd see me naked is our honeymoon. Or at least when we'd be living together. 

Not unexpected and cold on a deserted island.

"Ah- I'm sorry! I'll-... BYE!" With Sonic stuttering quickly before leaving, I sunk back down into the water, not even processing the fact that the coldness was gone due to my heated body flaring up in embarrassment.
