This be my First story it has been stuck in my head for a while now so if it's no good i'm sorry.....the name is just weird but it's the only thing i could come up with but if you have any name ideas please do tell me...

Have you ever had a secret that you couldn't tell anyone? Well not that you couldn't tell them, but you just didn't want to. that was what it was like for me, Keeping who i really was from my Family and Friends from everyone....they just can't know, plus they wouldn't understand it one bit. My Mother would go ape shit about this and i know that if i did tell her my life would no longer exist.....

Name's Skylar Jay knightly i'm a average 16 year old boy, i live in New Zealand with my Mother and my Twin sister Alice who is younger then me, Ok i said i was a Average 16 year old Boy but what kinda boy my Age has a secret that is half the size of Africa not many boys i can tell you that much. But what if keeping it a secret was the only way you would be safe from any harm that was directed at you or your family from any harm that was in the world.

The world i live in is not Normal, Gifted people roam free. Some of you are like no way Gifted people AWESOME.....while others are making that confused face thinking 'Gifted People WTF', I'll explain a Gifted person is kinda like a super human ok so technically it is but Gifted people like going by the name Gifted not super human or Supers a Gifted person is born with One or two powers never has a Gifted person had over 2..........

But then i Realised that shit is not true....My Mother Samara is a Keeper, A keeper is to Hunt down Gifted people and Take them to the government or some place where they hold a trial on the Gifted person fate, if the Gifted person is allowed a second chance in which they serve under the governments orders while wearing a bracelet on there right wrist which takes away there Power, if they are not given a second chance they are sentenced to death.

Also if A human....Gahh that's You....anyway if a human is known to know about a Gifted person and keep it a secret, That person and said Gifted person will be sentenced to death effectively immediately with no trial.

But as i was Saying before i went into my Mothers job was that i know of a few people who have more then 2 powers, I was with my Mother and Sister at the park goofing off since my Mother had the day off and well that shortly was cut when her watch that her boss gave her beeped OK the watch sends her information on what kinda Gifted person is around and how many there are.

i watched her play around on that stupid thing, Alice was over on the swing set listening to her Ipod while singing what ever song that was playing i sighed and sat back on the picnic blanket and watched her, i know that our Mother will run off with out telling me where or for how long it's always the same. ''Skylar i have to go'' i looked up at her not caring at all now me and Alice are use to her getting calls for work and vanishing for days on end and not returning maybe until a month later ''Fine'' she got up and left wow lady no goodbye no nothing.

i looked back over to Alice who was watching in the direction i think our Mother was going she looked over at me i got up off the Blanket and slowly started to pack up the picnic crap, when everything was shoved into the bag i walked over to my sister who was just sitting on the swing head phones hanging around her neck i sat down on the empty sing next to her ''She said bye, she loves you and wish she didn't have to go'' i lied as Alice looked at me and smiled weakly showing off her dimples.

I smiled back at her ''and she said she will come back as soon as possible'' she nodded her head and got up of the swing i held my hand out for her she grabbed it and we started walking across the parks Field to the car that our Mother left behind of course someone else would have come and picked her up like normal. Screams filled the air Ok weird much an i didn't take notice of them until we were just nearing then car when this giant piece of earth went flying past smashing all cars and buildings in its way Alice let my hand go and hid behind me.

that bolder took out my god damn car i looked up the way it came to see smoke, fire i also saw few different coloured lights Gifted people oh god this is not good, people of all ages rushed past as i grabbed Alice's hand and pulled her but she didn't move abit i turned to look at her, she was looking in the direction the people were running from she turned and looked at me she was scared i started to run off in the direction the others ran pulling her along behind me ''Sky, the lights are coming closer'' i stopped stupid i know and turned around just as someone knocked us to the ground

I grabbed Alice and held her close and away from the ground so she wouldn't get hurt and thank god she didn't only me i sat up and looked at the person he was staring at me in shock i frowned and stood up pulling Alice up with me, this place is really dangerous at the moment yet we are still standing here. ''LIAM'' the boy looked away from me and down to a set of twins who were running this way

I started to back up, Liam he turned and looked at me and started moving closer i gulped 3 other boys and a girl were running now behind the twins oh this is not good Liam grabbed my arm and pulled me closer to him Alice was squished between our chests looking very Awkward and scared ''you'll do'' i frowned i'll do for what or is it Alice i don't know but this really can't be good the girl took Alice from me i went to grab her back but that Liam kid wrapped his arms around me trapping me

I glared at him he just chuckled ''SKYLAR, ALICE'' i looked up to see our mother and some other people ''let my kids go now'' he just held me tighter and smirked ''Nope'' i Blinked and everything went Blurry then Black....Ah Crap.
