Surbhi immediately ran out of her house and reached the hospital, where the police took Pearl, as she was informed by them.

She got the phone call by the police, who took care of Pearl's iphone after he was found lying with a bloody body on the street.

Surbhi immediately met the police inspector and asked with teary eyes, "Sir, What happened? How this happened??? This can't happen, we talked even 30mins ago..."

The inspector replied, "We don't know, Madam... we called u up as soon as we got his mobile from his pocket, and got your number at the top of his call list, saved as 'Wife'... So r u Mrs. Puri?"

"Yes, I'm...",she replied, by nodding her head.

"Ok Madam, then take his iphone, and his wrist watch which we got,"the inspector handed her the iPhone and the wrist watch.

"Sir, it's my earnest request to u, please find the one who took such a step against him. I don't know, who's being enemy with him and took such step in Belgrade. But please Sir, I want justice... Such an incident proves that we can't trust anyone. Please Sir, I beg you, please punish the one who took such violent action against my husband 🥺🙏🏻", she begged with her joined hands.

Then, the inspector and his full team left.

She went to the reception and requested, "Please let me know where Mr. Pearl V Puri is admitted."

"Please wait ma'am, let me check once,"the receptionist answered.

She rudely replied as her brain was not working, "Yes please... I'm waiting..."

"Yes ma'am, 12th floor in the emergency Cabin, "the receptionist answered.

"Thank you so much...",she answered and moved towards the twelfth floor with a hurry.

Then she asked the nurse there, "Excuse me, can I know where is Mr. Pearl V Puri admitted??"

"Oh yes, Madam, u mean the patient who is admitted right in??", asked the nurse.

"Yes... ", she replied.

The nurse said, "He's in the operation ICU, we'll soon transfer him for operation."

"Can I meet him??",she asked.

"No Madam, sorry... We can't allow u in...", answered the nurse with a sorry feeling.

"Why not?? I'm his wife, I'm having that right to meet him ... Let me go in...",she shouted.

Then, suddenly some other nurses came and asked what happened.

The nurse who was talking to Surbhi told about the situation.

Then, all the nurses denied together.

But, Surbhi was not at all ready to listen to anyone, instead she started pushing everyone away from her way to enter the ICU room.

Then, suddenly the doctor arrived and said, "Sorry Madam, we can't allow patient party to meet patient in the ICU. "

"Patient party?? I'm not a patient party, I'm only alone here, I'm his better half. I know he's waiting for me, please let me get in, he'll get well automatically,"she replied madly.

"Sorry Madam, can't help. We can understand your mental condition. Please, calm down and keep trust on us, we'll definitely allow u to meet him after the operation. But, before that please sign the bond, so that we can proceed with our works..."replied the doctor.

"Bond? You mean a death bond??",she asked being a robot.

"Yes Madam, we r helpless, bcoz both the shots entered in his chest. We expect his heart to be safe... We need to operate out the shots, so, if we found his heart to be affected then, we r seriously helpless here, or if his heart is unable to take the operation, then also nothing is in our hands. But I swear u, I'll give my best to bring him back to life...",the doctor answered.

Surbhi then signed the bond like a robot.
