Ciara snickered. "Yeah Toby, you heard her! So get to it- OH MY GOD WHAT AM I SAYING?! EEEEEW!"
Abbigail laughed, her cheeks redding.
"You're blushing Toby, Abbi. Are you embarrassed?" Ciara grinned, though she still looked slightly scarred for life.
Abbigail blushed even redder. Ciara giggled. "Grandma!!"
"Yes?" Mombuscus winked, as Abbigail hid her face in her hands.
Toby was cringing in embarrassment.
"I think our work here is done, grandma," Ciara said. Abbigail looked at Toby, still blushing. "For sure Ciara." Moms eyes sparkled.
Ciara giggled. "Well, I'm hungry. Embarrassing people works up an appetite."
Abbigail headed towards the living room to lie down.
"Ooh Toby, your girlfriend left the room! Better go check on her!" Ciara said.
Toby glared at her and headed towards the living room. Abbigail was yawning.
"A..are you OK?" He asked. Abbigail blushed. "Of course! I'm just tired, that's all."
"Oh, OK." Toby replied. "I'm sorry about mom and niecebuscus. They mean well."
She smiled. "It's OK! They're really fun."
"Yeah." Toby grinned sheepishly. "I should warn you though, she was only Half-kidding about the grandkids thing."
"Oh I know. My mom was the same way with my brother."
Toby laughed and sat beside her on the couch. Ciara peeked around the corner, spying. Abbigail lay her head on his shoulder, and he wrapped an arm around her. Abbigail snuggled up into his shoulder.
"What are you kids doing in there?!" Mombuscus called.
"Maybe they're making you some grandkids." Ciara snickered.
"AGGH! SHUT UP CIARA!" Toby yelled.
Abbigail drifted off to sleep on his shoulder. Mombuscus turned to Ciara.
"C'mon Ciara, we have messed with them enough." She winked.
"Aw grandma!" Ciara protested. "It's fun messing with Toby!"
"Yes, but we should get going. Abbi's sleeping, and I'm sure we can come by later this week to check on them."
"Aw fine. Byyye Tobyyyyy!"
"Bye Toby!" Mombuscus called.
"Bye mom! Bye CIARA."
Abbigail hugged Toby in her sleep, and Toby snuggled closer to her and sighed.
