If looks could kill, I'd be about dead right now.

Enzo's eyes darkened and the temperature in the room suddenly dropped; goosebumps began to appear on my arms. The airs on my arms stood still and rigid, just like my body did right now. I swallowed thickly as anticipated his next move.

I wasn't sure what to expect, but it definitely wasn't his next words.

" Go to your room and wait for me there." He sounded calm and completely serious about his orders, which stopped me from laughing. But there was no way he was pulling that card right now out of all things he could've picked. I didn't have a designated room, not to my knowledge, but I knew what room he was talking about because it's the one i've stayed in multiple times.

I don't know what to make of him calling it my room. I felt like a little kid getting scolded by my parents and I didn't like that feeling a lot, but I wasn't opposed to it either I don't think.

If I were to expect anything it would be to be bent over his desk getting spanked or something, but no, He just casually tells me to go to my room. The look on his face made me think that maybe there was more to it- like the way eyes were ranking my body up and down while attempting to maintain control, doing so while running his thumb over his bottom lip looking very deep in thought.

I was 100% sure those thoughts weren't pure.

I chuckled and nervously fiddled with my fingers, " ... you're joking right?". Enzo sat back in his seat and started typing on his computer," Dead serious." were his final words and I knew then and there that the conversation had ended and was closed for debate.

With eyebrows furrowed and pure confusion splatted all over my face I walked out of his office speechless. I debated ignoring his orders and doing my own thing, then realized he seemed genuinely mad and instantly knew better than to do anything to make it worse.

" I was only joking..." I mindlessly muttered to myself as I went back down the stairs and into my room ( as he called it) which was really just the guest room, and made sure to leave the door cracked behind me so I could keep an eye out for him. I wasn't sure what to do with myself in the meantime. I had no idea when or if he was even going to come down here anytime soon so I was left with little options.

Maybe if it was actually my room i'd find something to do, however this was just a plain room with no physical attributes that would prove it was mine. There was a tv and that was it.

I should walk to my actual room in my actual house and fake pretend that's what I thought he meant and act completely oblivious- but then again he'd see right through my act just like he did with the one upstairs.

And then a brilliant plan came to mind...

Smirking like someone who's just had a world changing idea, I tiptoed out of the room and made a bee line to my shopping bags that were still by the front door. Once I successfully retrieved what I was looking for and returned to the bedroom where I stripped out of my clothes, only leaving my underwear on.
