(August P.O.V.)

We got back to the house. Letty and Leon packed and left heading for who knows where. Dom went to the garage and got his car(dad's car). Mia went inside and I was just sitting on the porch steps thinking about my next move. Dom came out of the house with a shotgun in his hand. I still had my handgun on me, that I carried every time we did a hijacking. Brian pulls up, blocking Dom's path. He gets out with his handgun in hand aiming at Dom. I stand up ready to take action. As much as I've fallen for Brian, I would not let him take Dom to jail.

"Dom put the gun down now!" Brian yells at Dom.
"Move your car," Dom tells Brian.
"No bullshit! Put it down now! No more running!" Dom yells at Dom.
"I'm not running!" Dom yells at Brian.
"Where's Leon and Letty?" Brian asks.
"They're long gone!" I answer his question. He looks over at me with a guilty face.
"Then it's over. I didn't call the police, but don't push me! Put the gun down. I swear to God!" Brian says raising his gun at Dom. I pull out my gun and aim it at Brian and give him the "you don't want to do that" look.

"You are the cop! You're a cop!" Dom yells throwing his gun down. I lower my gun and so does Brian. "Brian, I got to find Jesse before they do. I'm all the kids got." Dom explains.
"I'll call in the plates. PD will pick him up way before Johnny even gets near him." Brian says.
"We don't need anymore cop problems," I say.
"Move your car," Dom says and Mia comes outside.
"Dom, August, stop it! It's over. Please." Mia begs.
"Mia, stay out of it!" Dom and I both tell her. Then out of nowhere Jesse pulls up.

"Dominic, I am so sorry. I don't know what I'm doing, Dom. I'm so scared right now. I don't what's going on." Jesse says.
"What were you thinking, man?" Dom asks Jesse.
"I don't know! I panicked! I'm sorry. I'm scared! I don't know what I'm doing! Will you please help me?" Jesse says. I hear motorcycles coming. It's Johnny and Lance. When they get into view they start shooting. Mostly towards Jesse.

"Jesse!" I yell as I jump in front of him, but it was too late. Mia ducks down on the steps and Dom hits the ground. Brian starts shooting back.
"Dom! August! Jesse!" Mia yells as she and Dom run towards me and Jesse.
"No, Jesse!" Mia says as she holds Jesse's head. Brian looks over at us. He looks at Dom and then he looks at me. I nod my head and mouth go. Brian gets in his car and takes off after the motorcycles. Dom gets up and starts going to his car.

"No, Dom, no!" Mia yells as he gets in the car and drives off. I get up and start heading to the garage. I get in there and take the cover off of my car(dad's car). I pull it out to the driveway. I get out and walk to Mia.
"August, you're shot," Mia says when I get to her. I look down at myself and see a clear shot straight through my arm and my stomach was grazed.

"I'm fine. Mia, I want you to stay here until an ambulance come for Jesse. Then I want you to go to the hospital and stay with Vince. I'm going to make sure Dom makes it out alive and without going back behind bars." I say giving her a hug. I then run and get in my car and head off in the direction Brian and Dom headed.

(Brian P.O.V.)

I chase after the motorcycles. Dom is behind me. I knock one of them down a hill. Dom stops, I guess makes sure he was dead. I follow the other one and then shoot at him putting two bullets in him. He crashes. I get out of my car and check to see if he is alive. He isn't. I see Dom at the top of the hill and then he takes off. I followed Dom and found him stopped at a red light. I pull up beside him and look over at him.

"I used to drag race here back in high school with Aug. That railroad crossing up there is exactly a quarter mile away from here. On green, I'm going for it." Dom says. I get ready to race with him. We look at each other, then back up at the light. The light turns green and we're off. We are racing when we hear the sound of a train horn coming towards us. Dom speeds up going to jump in front of the train. I speed up, but it's not enough to keep up with Dom's car, so I hit the NOS buttons. Dom and I both jump the tracks right before the train got there. I look over at Dom and he looks over at me. When we look back ahead there was a big truck pulling out of an alley right in front of Dom. Dom tries swerving to miss it, but he hits it and starts flipping. His car is flipping so high that it flips right over mine. I stop and Dom's car stops flipping landing straight up. I get out and run to Dom. I see August pull up and get out of her car and come running.
