WE

It's funny how we think we know it all,
When in reality, we know nothing at all.

We are preoccupied with what we see,
But it's rather about finding what we don't see.

We think we are the masters of the sea,
But inside we're all just crying with plea.

We spend our lives trying to find peace everywhere,
Only to realize it resides inside us somewhere.

We live all our lives to fulfill materialistic needs,
But it turns out to be just a part of our greeds.

We keep living as if we're bodies having souls,
But we're truly souls that are trapped in bodies.

We don't realize the real role we play,
But life enlightens us it in its own way.

We do random things to find our passion,
But all it takes is a true introspection.

We do random things & try new things,
To feel the freedom as we spread our wings.

We know there's no end to what 'we' do,
So I'll end this poem without further ado.
