"There's a couple of release forms we've got to sign," Buddy explains as he, Dom, August, and Jakob walk down the stairs to where Jack's stuff and car is. "Few clearances. Everything else is down there around the corner." Dom follows Buddy while August and Jakob stop to look around before August spots Linder walking over to Jack's car. "Hey. Nobody's supposed to be around here," August says as she walks over with Jakob following her while Linder uncovers the burned car. "You Toretto's other son? You're the useless one, right?" Linder questions as he points at Jakob, who grabs a wrench from a nearby tool chest. "What is that?" "Get out of here. Go," Jakob says as he motions for Linder to leave. "So a man can't pay his last respects?" Linder asks as he points at the wrench. "That's what that is?" "No. No, not you. You're the one that killed him," August answers him as she shakes her head while grabbing the wrench from Jakob. "No, racing killed him," Linder argues with her. "Look, he knew that I was gonna pit him into the wall. He knew that. Now, I don't know if he dropped gear. I don't know." "I swear... I swear to God, if you don't get out of here..." August threatens as she walks towards Linder. "What? What?" Linder challenges her as Dom rushes over before grabbing August's arm. "Both of you go find Buddy," Dom orders as he takes the wrench from August. "Now!" "All right, well, now we got the golden boy," Linder says with a chuckle as Jakob walks off before Dom turns to face Linder. "Leave," Dom tells him, causing Linder to nod his head. "You here to make threats, too?" Linder asks as he motions to the wrench. "Leave is a simple word," Dom tells him with a slight shrug. "Man, what is it with you Torettos where you're all the heroes in your own stories?" Linder asks as he waves his hands around. "Look, I'm gonna tell you a secret. You, your dad, me... we're all stuck, going round and round in the same shitty circle. And we ain't never getting out." "You ain't half the man my dad was," Dom states as he looks at Linder in disgust. "At least I'm alive, asshole," Linder retorts, knowing it would anger Dom. "What did you say?" Dom asks as he squares up to Linder. "Get off me!" Linder says as he shoves Dom before punching him in the face. Dom swings back with the wrench, knocking Linder to the ground. "Dom! Dom! Dom!" Buddy yells while rushing over as Dom gets on top of Linder still swinging with the wrench. "Dom, no! Dom! No, man!" Buddy pulls Dom away from Linder. "Dom!" August yells as she and Jakob watch in shock, causing Dom to snap out of it.
The sheriff talks to Buddy while August and Jakob are in the waiting area before Jakob sees Dom having his fingerprints done. Jakob holds August as they watch in shock as Dom is placed into a holding cell.
August is sitting in bed as she goes through an old photo album before Brian enters the room, having went to check on the kids. "So, what was this family secret that you were going to tell me about?" Brian asks as he gets into bed before noticing the photo album in August's lap. August smiles sadly as she pulls out a picture before handing it to Brian, who smiles as he recognizes the faces of August, Mia, and Dom. "Who is he?" August goes to answer as Brian points at Jakob but August's phone starts ringing. "It's Letty," August says worriedly as she answers the phone. "Letty, what's wrong?" "I think you and Mia need to be here for this mission," Letty says with a sigh as she looks around for any sign of Dom since he didn't know that she was calling August. "What's happened?" August asks with a frown, causing Brian to look at her confused. "Aug, it's Jakob," Letty answers her with a defeated sigh. "He's alive." "I'll call Mia and we'll be there as soon as we can," August says without a second thought as she gets out of bed, causing Brian to look at her worriedly. "I'll see you soon." "Aug, what's happing?" Brian asks as August grabs a bag and some clothes. August sighs as she walks over to Brian before pointing at the picture. "That's Jakob," August says as Brian looks back at the picture before looking at August in shock because of her next words. "He's my brother."

August and Mia walk into the bunker while looking around for the team before Tej and Ramsey walk into the room, causing August to smile. "Tej!" August says as she rushes over to him before they share a hug. "What are you doing here, sweetheart?" Tej asks with a raised eyebrow as August and Ramsey share a hug. "Letty called me about Jakob," August answers him as she glances at Mia. "Sorry, I never mentioned him. Every family has its secret drama, right?" "It's all good," Tej says as he pulls her into another hug. "Where is Dom and Letty?" Mia asks as she looks around before Tej motions for them to follow him. "Guys. We got a little company," Tej says as he walks down the stairs, causing Dom and Letty to look at him confused while August and Mia follow him down the stairs. "Think you know these people." "It's so good to see you both," Letty says as she pulls Mia into a hug before hugging August. "I missed you," August says as she hugs her back before pulling back while still holding Letty's hands. "Thank you." "Of course," Letty tells her with a nod before August and Mia make their way over to Dom. "You should've told me," August says with a stern look while Dom tries to come to terms with both of his sisters being there. "They deserved to know," Letty says with a sigh while looking down. "Jakob's our brother, too. We need to be here," Mia explains with a slight nod. "You get involved here, you put everything you have at risk," Dom says as he looks between Mia, August, and Letty. "Your kids and the whole world that you built." "We're all risking something," August says as she shakes her head before grabbing Dom by his shoulders so that he will focus on her. "Dom, listen to me. Our kids and yours are in the safest hands possible." "With Brian," Letty says with a smile, causing August to nod. "While being protected by one of Mando's security details," Mia says with a shrug which causes August to lightly laugh. "Our world's grown, Dom. We got this one," August tells Dom with a confident nod before he pulls her and Mia into a hug.
Roman opens a door before feeling the wall for a light switch. Roman turns on the light to find the room full of money. "Guys!" Roman calls as he quickly goes to find Tej and Ramsey, who are bringing their things into the main room. "Guys. Get over here. You gotta come see this." Tej and Ramsey quickly rush after Roman, thinking that something might be wrong. "Don't ever say Roman ain't look out for y'all." Roman motions to all of the money. "Huh?" Roman moves a stack of money towards Tej. "Yeah. You get a stack." Roman moves a stack over for Ramsey. "And you get a stack. And Roman gets..."
"Roman," Tej says interrupting Roman while Ramsey crosses her arms across her chest. "This cash is from Yugoslavia. Yugoslavia hasn't been a country since 1992." "What, you a expert on history now?" Roman asks as he looks at Tej. "No, no, no," August answers as she leans against the doorframe with her arms crossed across her chest. "He's an expert on cash." Tej nods in agreement as he points at August while Ramsey smiles at the two.
"USD. Huh?" Roman says as he tosses a package of money to August. Roman grabs another package of money, handing it to Tej. "Professor Dumbass." Roman grabs another package of money. "I just need to find me some luggage so I can put all this in." "Same old Rome," August says with a smirk as she tosses the package of money back to him. "Don't you know it," Roman says with a matching smirk before they share a hug.
