The whole ride was full of laughter and sweet moments. He really is more talkative when we are left alone.

The nervousness I continuously feel before we left Batac dissipated the moment he started throwing jokes. Ang corny ng mga jokes niya, sa totoo lang. But the fact that it all came out from Almario Del Mundo III's mouth, everything is extraordinary.

"Wow..." 

I can't believe that their Hacienda is this big. Pinasok niya 'yung car niya sa super big na gate. The big fancy gate has letterings on it saying Hacienda Del Mundo. 

Imagine entering this kind of empire. Gosh, the power they hold is not ordinary! 

"Parang buong barangay ang house niyo." I commented nang mapansin kong malayo pa mula sa gate ang main house nila.

"It's a family house, baby. Usually, pinapasa siya sa panganay na anak ng isang Del Mundo. As for my Dad, he's the only child. Kaya kanya 'to."

I nod, trying to comprehend his statement. Habang umaandar ang sasakyan niya papasok, we passed by to their workers na may mga dalang baskets.

I smiled the way he tried to greet each of them. Alamario even rolled his window down para lang batiin sila isa isa.

Sa tingin ko, their family is so mabait sa mga employees nila. Your workers can reflect you as a boss, so I can say that they are a good employer. 

"Magandang tanghali, Rio!" Bati ng isang matandang lalake. My eyes widen when I saw him holding goats.

"Wow...you have alaga rin pala dito?" I can't help but to butt in.

"Magandang tanghali, 'tay Isko. Si Jessica po, girlfriend ko."

Hindi ko mapigilang mamula. They way Almario introduce me as his girlfriend is so nakakakilig and masarap sa pandinig.

"Hi po." I greeted the old man. 

Sumilip siya ng maigi sa bintana ng driver's seat bago kumaway sa akin. "Nako, hello po ma'am! Napaka gandang bata."

I quickly wave my hands on him. "Wag na pong ma'am. It's okay kung Jess na lang po." 

Almario smiled at me and intertwined our fingers together before facing the old man.

"Punta ho muna kami sa bahay." He politely said.

Tumango naman siya bago pinaandar ulit ang sasakyan niya.

Hindi nag tagal ay natanaw ko na ang mismong bahay ng mga Del Mundo. The thought that I already saw how fancy they are the moment I saw their gate is a fake news.

Standing mighty in front of my naked eyes is a big and grandiose vast lush mansion. From its big down to ceiling glass windows screams high-priced and extravagant curtains that made the whole facade of the mansion more appealing to whoever got the chance to witness every detail.

I wonder if Mama's informant gave her this info. Is this the reason why she's too scared na makalaban ang isang Del Mundo sa election? Because she knew they got the money and power to defeat her?

"I can't believe what my eyes are seeing." I honestly told him.

Okay, just to tell you. Our house sa Laoag City where my family resides is as big as this too, but theirs is totally eye catcher! 

"You ready to meet my family?"

Para na namang dinagsa ng daga ang buong nervous system ko. Okay na ako kanina eh! You'll just meet them for all the Saint's sake, Calla Amorett! The only thing is you'll introduce yourself as Jessica.
