Truth
You never realise how caught up one can be in a person until you're making sandwiches and kissing them.
You never realise how much of an Infatuation it is until it becomes a problem.
Bowser couldn't stop touching his lips. Everytime his claw even glazed his lips he felt warm but it only made him miss Luigi, crave him even. After what happened last night Luigi finished making the sandwiches and gave the lizard another sweet kiss then left to hang out with his friends in the garden. He went to sleep with the kiss stamped in his brain, words couldn't describe how hard he had fallen for Luigi.
...
Luigi had somehow convinced Bowser to come with him to the Mushroom Kingdom to buy a few things and to visit the barkery he had visited the previous day. Walking into the Kingdom definity wasn't pleasant to say the least. All the toads, who were previously going along with their business, were now staring at the duo as they walked the streets going into many stores. Some stores were too small for Bowser so he would just sit down and wait patiently for Luigi to finish buying what he needed. It wasn't long before Mario heard of this and he and the Princess made their way to the outskirts of town where Bowser and Luigi resided. The two were oblivious to the upcoming threat but by the time Bowser felt Mario's presence it was too late, Mario was coming at him full speed with a punch, Bowser prepared himself for the powerful punch but it never came. He opens his eyes and is met with the sight of Mario on the ground and Luigi boredly staring down at him.
"H-How?" Mario stared back up at his brother that looked even different then he did yesterday. He took notice of his brother's outfit, jeans and a black T-shirt.
"You always start fights with a punch. Now, why did you try to attack us?!" Luigi Yelled, Mario snapped out of the trace he was in and hopped up and yelled back.
"Because you're walking around with a menace!" Luigi covered Bowser's ears at what Mario said.
"Quiet! He's sensitive." Bowser's muzzle burned red as Luigi petted and shushed him. Peach and Mario stared at the two then each other. 'WTF' they both thought. Bowser wouldn't admit it but he liked the affection he was receiving from Luigi. At that moment a thump was heard from behind, they all looked toward the source of the noise, turning out to be Bowser's tail wagging. The action only made Mario, Peach and all the toads stand there, mouths agape, staring at a blushing Bowser.
After convincing Mario and Peach to leave the two alone The duo Made they're way around the plaza, purchasing a multitude of items and telling each other crappy jokes. But of course fun has to end at some point and the course of it was none other than Wario and Waluigi. The Two made their way to the duo who were peacefully sitting in the Mushroom kingdom park."Hello Luigi, hello Bowser!" Bowser grumbled at the two interrupting his and Luigi's "date".
"Hello Wario, Waluigi. What brings the two of you to the park?"
"Oh you know, just trying to get some of that good vitamin A from the sun." Waluigi facepalmed and Wario's lack of common knowledge.
"It's vitamin D, Dumbass." Wario frowned at Waluigi's insult.
"Yeah, and you need some you pale motherfucker."
The two growled at each other before walking off in some random direction, completely forgetting about Bowser and Luigi.
Bowser grumbled "Is that all they do?"
Luigi only nodded in response and laid his head on Bowser's stomach. "Bowser, do you ever hold yourself back because you're scared of something?"
Bowser lifted his head up a tad before letting it fall back. "All the time, I have a kid. I have to hold myself back when I'm around him."
Luigi hummed in response.
The castle was glowing when they returned. Why? You may ask. Well today is Jr's birthday. Bowser was swooped up as soon as he entered. Luigi stood there, surrounded by strangers. He made his way to the kitchen to put up everything. The kitchen, however, was completely packed so Luigi turned around and immediately bumped into someone.
"Oi, watch it mate!" The male said.
"Sorry!" Luigi scrambled to his feet to help the fallen over koopa. The Koopa reluctantly took his hand and Luigi lifted him up.
The koopa took one glance at Luigi and immediately took a liking to him."Ey, kid. What's a fragile thing like you doin' ah a party like this?" Luigi shook his hand and answered. "I kinda live here." The koopa looked at Luigi in disbelief. How is someone this fragile able to live here? He must be really tough to be able to deal with the King's personality. Not to mention the way the Prince acts. Horrendous.
"Hey kid, you not being held against your will, are ya?" Luigi shook his head in response.
Luigi opens his mouth to explain further but a few guards came by to retrieve him as per the King's request. They led him through two grand doors, and inside were many people who Luigi didn't recognize. They all stared at him in shock. Luigi was led to the end of the table where Bowser and Jr sat. Luigi took a seat across from Jr and gave him a weak smile. The Koppa returned the gesture. After everyone was seated Bowser stood up and clinked his wine glass with his spoon.
"As you all know, today is my son's birthday, but this isn't just another birthday, this is his thirteenth birthday. My son is officially a man, and I hope that he will continue to be a good one." We all toasted to that and sat down to dig into the food. Steak, mashed potatoes, and greens.
"How are you liking the meal my dear." Luigi felt his face heat up but he kept himself composed and smiled up at the Koopa.
"It's good, however it's not as good as your cooking." Bowser smiled as he felt his tail wag. Apparently everyone else heard it and started gossiping.
"How is someone like that even invited?"
"Look at him, pathetic."
"Where did he get that outfit, the trash?"
"STOP!"
